Thinking of booking a trip using Travelocity, should I have any concerns?

Hey OP, there is a good post right now on the trip advisor Cancun forum about printing the tourist/immigration/customs form from online before you depart, so that you have that taken care of.
If they do not have them on your flight, run out, or whatever, then having this ready will save you some time!
There seems to be a slight glitch with the departing flight number, but it does not seem to matter to the authorities at the airport. You can just write that in!

Katie, the OP had not shown any interest in those destinations... And, I wouldn't want to travel without a passport.

Daisy, I had already mentioned the transfers.

OP, I do hope that you have private transfers arranged! This will get you much better than 'shared' transfers.
When you land, and get thru customs/immigration and get your luggage, walk with purpose right thru all the people at the airport, until you are outside in the fresh air...
The people who will act like they might be there to help with your transfer are 'hawkers', just blow right by them.
The transfers will have reps waiting right outside where all of the vehicles pull thru!

Enjoy your trip!

They could go to Puerto Rico, St. Thomas, St. Croix, or St. John without passports. And come back.

 Why on earth would you be unwilling to visit the destinations @Kaytie listed without a passport? Nobody, anywhere along the line would ask to see it. Do you take your passport when you travel to WDW?

OP back again! We're a week away from our trip and I just read a really bad review on tripadvisor for our resort from someone who was there last week. https://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotel_R..._Cancun-Puerto_Morelos_Yucatan_Peninsula.html
The one where several people in their family got ill. Now I'm very worried! I'm such a nervous traveler anyway. What would you do? Go anyway and just be careful? Cancel? Or try and get in a different resort? Any advice? I feel like still going, but being very, very careful on what we eat and sanitize everything!!!

There's always going to be a bad review or two on every resort. Did you research it at all before you booked it? You used a travel agent - why did she recommend this particular place? It must be OK or the agency wouldn't be booking it. Call today and talk to your TA about it if you must, but my best advice is that you just settle down and get ready to enjoy your vacation. :wave2:

I haven't looked at those reviews, but I tend to agree with the comments above!
There is always the chance of some kind of thing happening when one travels.
And, we really do not know, unless several people post the same thing at the same time, where this might have come from.
Travelers should be careful when traveling off-resort.
But, any reputable resort should be fine.

Enjoy your getaway!!!
