Weekends are crowded but still manageable. Weekdays in late August are great, because you get summer hours (8AM to Midnight), but medium-sized crowds.

The crowds are managable but it is a very busy time and for the last 3 out of 4 years it has been very warm which we are accustomed to. For us, a great time of the year to visit since it does not interfere with schooling.
