Thinking about visiting Universal either before or after Thanksgiving cruise.

We've never been to Universal and I'm thinking about either flying in a few days early or staying a few days late and doing 2 days at the parks. In your opinion do you think they'd be less busy Thursday 11/17 and Friday 11/18 -or- Sunday 11/27 and Monday 11/28?

We went the Sunday after Thanksgiving this past year and it was super empty - as in even Minions was a walk-on at 9:15am. We didn't have express pass that day and almost everything we tried was a walk-on. The Monday after was pretty empty too.

The weekend after will be your best bet. Sunday will be the end of a lot of vacations and Monday is the beginning of a few weeks of slow time around here!
