Thinking about getting an annual pass for resort discount

So I have been reading about discounted rates for Disneyland hotels with the AP. I am hoping someone will be willing to check rates for me for the time we are planning or tell mw how to check it myself.

The dates are September 2-6

We are looking at Paradise Pier, but we are not set on that. Basically I am trying to crunch numbers to see what the best scenario would be for us.
