I took the tour in Feb '05, and I was in exactly the same situation you are in. I told my guide that I was not ready to buy, only there for an initial fact-finding mission. She was very nice, there was no pressure whatsoever, and the tour was very enjoyable. I ended up buying resale, but later bought an add-on direct from her.
She did not give me a "3-days or else" deadline, because no such deadline was in effect. The prices which were in effect were only good until the end of that month, but she told me the next promotion would probably be the same or very similar.
However, sometimes they DO have a 3-day special. If they tell you that, it's a real incentive, and you won't get it if you delay your decision. In the long run, it's much more important to thoroughly research everything and be sure before buying. If you miss one promotion, there will be others, and the overall cost won't vary much.
One thing I would do is allocate enough time. My tour took two hours, and many take longer than that. Don't think you're going to go there, look around for 30 minutes, ask a few questions, and then leave. Take your time; it's one of the best opportunities you'll have to ask questions.
