Thinking about a trip in a few weeks

DH and I are thinking about making a quick trip in May. We'd like to stay May 2 - 5 at a studio in VWL. If VWL wasn't available, I'd consider another resort. Any opinions on if I'll have any luck getting reservations?

I'd doubt that you could get VWL at this late date. It is the smallest DVC. Maybe SSR or OKW.

We tried booking the same week as you and began calling in February - all studios, at least, at all DVC resorts were filled except for one last studio at SSR - we took it.

I just spoke with MS re: a studio for the 2nd and 3rd w/e in May and there was nothing available except SSR (and OKW one of the w/e's). I specifically asked about VWL, since we own there, and there were scattered days -- no more than 2 in a row. Call now! and good luck!

We just booked OKW and SSR (May 2 - 8) last week. They were the only resorts available.
