So our flight was delayed from 10:20 to 2:30, meaning we probably won't make our ADR for 7:45. I've always made sure to avoid a ressie that needed a credit card but the new policy went into effect after I made this one.
My card is on file for other ressies. We will go to the restaurant as soon as we can but I don't want to sacrifice our car service grocery stop to get there on time. Think I'll be charged if we are too late? Is there anything I can do now, other than moving back the time?

Call them is the best answer.

If you did use a card for that specific reservation then you will not be charged. They will not pull your credit card information from a different reservation to charge you.
