Think I have been had!

Yesterday I decided to order DS a Trunki suitcase, so after a bit of a google I purchased from an online shop called big imagination. I selected the green Towgo type but after the transaction was complete the invoice said I had purchased the blue one. I have tried e mailing and calling the company but get no answer and no reply on the email. It says the product will ship in 24 - 48 hours so that gives it until tomorrow morning but at this rate I think I will be lucky to receive anything. I called the bank and tried to stop the transaction but can't because I paid by switch rather that Visa. I am really annoyed about it and it has put me off buying from the internet in the future.

hope you get it sorted. I always use a CC for internet purchases, you never know what villians are out there. Makes me cross.

Well, still heard nothing today. I have contacted the Andover police who were very helpful. I have to go to my local police station at the end of this week and file a report. In future I will pay for my internet purchases with visa rather than switch.

I have ordered DS another one from Ebay, so at least I have the paypal protection! Should be hear in 2 days - fingers crossed!

Well, got an email from the lady I ordered the first Trunki from to say she has been away and will ship ASAP so fingers crossed


I have also had a message of the ebay seller telling me that they require an extra £7.99 to ship to N.ireland, they did offer me a refund so I have accepted

Lets hope my DS gets his Trunki eventually!
