We are on 4 night cruise on Dream next December. We will be arriving on a Saturday. Planning to hang out at our resort (Polynesian) this day. We will have Sunday free. Monday morning heading to port. We will be coming back to poly after getting off ship on Friday- hoping to do Christmas party that night if offered. Will head home Saturday afternoon.

What should we do with our free day on Sunday? We have been to all the parks before on separate trips. Would you try to fit in some park time? what else do you guys do before heading on your cruise?? TIA

I'd go to a park if you are an AP holder. Otherwise, I find the one-day ticket price way too high for my taste.

You can go visit the other resorts on the monorail loop and see their holiday decorations, especially the gingerbread house at the Grand Flo. Go to Disney Springs. Go to Beach Club and see their decorations; there is plenty to do around Crescent Lake and you can see the Illuminations fireworks from there without having to burn a ticket going into Epcot.

I would go to Epcot to experience their Christmas Around the World displays, and the Candlelight Processional.
