Things to do at FW?

My sister is apparently delusional. She thinks that for our 4 day trip in September she does not want to do the parks all day but maybe take a break and do something else. Regardless of whether I agree with that or not, I am trying to have stuff planned out anyhow. Here is my question--if we decide to take a break from our MK day and take the boat to FW (cause the boat is kind of cool) what is there for us to do at FW? This would be in the middle of the day so the campfire is out (darnit, 3 trips and still haven't done it).

There are horse trail rides, if the water levels are high enough, you can rent a canoe, kayak, or paddle boat and float along the waterways, you can rent a Sea Raycer, or pontoon boat and explore Bay Lake and Seven Seas Lagoon, there are games at the main pool. You can rent bikes and explore, just checking out all the different camping setups is an adventure in itself. There are a few animals still left at the petting zoo, I think you can actually just visit the stables and meet the horses there. There is shuffleboard, volleyball nets, hammocks on the beach, and multiple playgrounds around the Fort. There is a walking path over to Wilderness Lodge. You can get a refreshing beverage from Crocketts, and sit in a rocking chair on the porch of Trails End. If you reserve ahead of time, you can rent a golf cart for the day and explore. There is a real blacksmith shop where they shoe the horses and tend to their feet.

And kids can go on pony rides, and you can shop in the two Trading Posts. You can sit and play checkers outside of the Trading Posts. You can rent fishing equipment and fish in the little canal. Or you can go out on a big fishing excursion from the marina.
