Things that you never noticed at DLP before

For people that have been to DLP more than once are there things that you noticed on your most recent trip that you never noticed before?

I never noticed the 'steaming' coffee billboard in Main Street until last week:

Not noticed personally, but I was watching a youtube video of DLP the other day and discovered there are toilets behind Toad Hall in Fantasyland. I've visited 7 times and had no idea!

Also, on a recent trip I finally discovered the Zazu and Jungle Book snake statues in Adventureland, plus a little waterfall, that I'd missed on the previous trips.
