Things that make you go hmmm?

I HATE it when people blatantly violate the rules, like they don't apply to them. The "No Flash" one is really annoying. Or when you'd be instructed to move all the way over when seating at, say, the Country Bear Jamboree, and folks would plop down right in the middle. Drives me nuts. I become a rule-Nazi at DisneyLand

Let's get started:

- babies in just diapers or undershirt onesies, no shoes. That's so sad. You are in public, please put some clothes on your baby.
- Adults who ignore their children. AT DISNEYLAND! Disregard their child's needs just so they can go on a couple of rides.
- Rude kids. Heelys are definitely on the list although I have never (thankfully) encountered them, small children who use profanity (and their parents just laugh at it)
- People getting frisky. Gay or straight it's just not appropriate in Disneyland.
- People wearing inappropriate clothes. Not just women in their revealing clothes but men in wife-beaters(tank tops) and short shorts YUCK
- People who complain and complain and COMPLAIN about the lines, prices, weather etc. It's out of everyone's control DEAL WITH IT!
- People who cut in front of you
- Smart a** teenagers.
- Pushy moms with strollers or "handicapped" (i put that in quotes because sometimes those people are just overweight and lazy) people in ECVs

Regarding the lazy parents who let their kids go to the bathroom outside...Yuck!!! Lazy, ignorant, "a few other choice expletives"...!!!!!!!

DH is in law enforcement and mentioned that he sees many charges of "obscene littering". It's against the law in Oregon to pee in public.

I guess this all brings me to my question. Are there no "rude acts" police at DL? Do they just accept any kind of behavior? We've never been to DL and our first trip is coming up in exactly 34 days.

ITA! Last year I was in line at Mickey's house behind a woman that had a shirt on with the superman symbol. Inside the symbol was the word "b****". I was shocked! I couldn't believe that 1. the woman actually wore that to a theme park where she knew there's be tons of kids, 2. that they let her in the park wearing that and 3. that she wore that in front of her own young (guestimating approx 8 & 10yo) children. My then 4yo asked me what that spelled. I was none to happy to have to try to explain that one!

Okay, I have to admit, I don't get this one. First of all it's a baby and it's not like they're naked, onesies are cool, comfortable, and easiest to change, same with the no shoes. First, babies kick them off, and they're cooler without them. As long as there's sunscreen on those piggies, who cares if they're naked? I guess I've been one of the offensive ones .

A lot of people don't understand why. It's just the way I was raised up. To me its important to always have your baby dressed appropriately when out.

To each their own I guess, I can see that as a pet peeve, but I hardly think that's offensive enough to ruin a trip.

agree with the undershirt onesies, but not shoes. some kids do not wear shoes no matter what. my youngest takes hers off and drops them so often that we keep them in the basket because we cannot afford to let her wear them/throw them out. The onesies I agree with because they make clothes/decorated onsies that my kids loved that looked/felt just as comfortable so that they were not out in their underwear. it is not too hard to find cute, comfortable clothes for babies.

I have to admit that I'm in the pro-only-onesie camp here. I wouldn't have my baby in just a diaper, but it's hot at DL! (And, to be honest and completely OT, I've never understood the point of onesies as anything other than a t-shirt....I've never figured out why I should bother to put one on UNDER other clothes. Babies are more likely to get hot than cold, and having to put one more piece of clothing on a wriggling infant is just no fun!).
