Things that annoy you about your clothes

Still wearing a nursing bra over here even though I haven’t pumped in like two years! 😂
That's kind of hilarious! I get it though, nursing bras are comfy! I still have a couple of nursing shirts that I like to wear around the house to clean; they are comfy and it's like having these huge pockets on my chest which is super handy when I've got my hands full trying to carry stuff from room to room and my yoga pants don't have pockets. I haven't nursed for more than a decade.

I have a Rohan walking coat. It has lots of useful and secure pockets but the zip always catches on the edge of the fabric of one. Very annoying.

Shoes especially! I can try shoes on in a store and they are fine. But actually wearing them for several hours and they are horrible.
Just like clothes, shoes are absolute garbage these days. Like everything. It's all garbage to be made as cheap as possible. Quality that use to be normal products are unaffordable for most people.

Omg yes! I just spent $100 on shoes for my 11 year old because that was the only pair out of 5 stores that we went to that he liked and that fit him right. And they probably won't hold up any better than cheap shoes from Walmart. And even those are $30 or more these days.
That and the fact you have to have numerous styles for different shirts.
And good ones are $50 or more. Especially if you need larger cup sizes.

I’m losing weight but depending on the brand things are bigger or smaller. And what sucks is I have broad shoulders so I will always need a bigger size top!

The decline in quality annoys me. Other than that, my annoyance is self-imposed - my closet is full of repeats. I have gotten pickier about clothes as I've gotten older, so when I find something I like, I get it in multiple colors. It ensures I like the item but makes for a more boring closet!

And you can't even find the larger cup size ones (especially ones with a small band size and large cup size) in most stores to be able to try them on. I've been buying on Amazon with free returns and hoping for the best.

Being large chested my biggest complaint is having to buy shirts that are a size or two larger than a smaller chested woman would need and then it being too loose/big at the bottom.
As someone with a very long torso and gifted in the behind, I always have to buy two separate bathing suits.

One for my top (small) and one for my bottom (large). There is only 1 one piece that I've ever had fit, and that's J Crew long torso.

Because it's very difficult to find comfortable clothing for fat people these days. Plus I don't like wearing plastic clothes. Everything is an athletic fit and ends up skin tight around the lower half of the shirt for example. Tough to find pants these days too. Every pair of jeans I liked through the years moved out of US manufacturing and changed the fit. I don't need clothing for fashion while I am standing around drinking a Latte. I need clothing that I'm not showing too much from behind when bent over and twisted around trying to get the bolt loose in an industrial dryer, or a shirt that my stomach isn't hanging below because I have to reach up there.

High waisted yoga pants are my new favorite park attire. They're so comfy and they dry off so easily if you ride the water rides.

But yeah, when I wore jeans Lucky Brand or Levis were the only two brands I could wear. And even then, between certain colors the fit would change. So I've pretty much stuck with leggings the past couple years.

Annoying things:

- Low-rise jeans are hard to find. Being very short, they fit so much better!
- Having to hem everything. I've even hemmed shorts.
- Bras that fit are so hard to find.
- Ditto for bathing suit tops (bottoms are easy).
- So many ladies' clothes -- especially dresses -- come in black (or black and white print). With all the lovely colors in the world, why do manufacturers think we only want to wear black?

TAGS! OMG I’ve thrown clothes away when the tag was sewn in with fishing line and I could not get it all removed ! Tags irritate me something horrible and I can’t tolerate them at all on anything - I’m ever so happy so many items are going tag less these days or are imprinting it inside the clothes !!
