We are doing the 7 night land/sea package. Planning on doing the Animal Kingdom pickup on our last day before heading to port. What are some things that should not be missed at Animal Kingdom and can be done in about 4 hours.
I can't believe we only have 4 months to go, yippee :bounce:

If you are an animal lover, don't miss Kilimanjaro Safaris (I think I goofed up the spelling). It is an awesome opportunities to see animals in natural habitats. After seeing AK, Brookfield Zoo is spoiled for me now. They have a lame poacher story connected to the ride, but it's well worth it for all the animals you will spot. Some of them are separated from you by virtually invisible barriers, but others can come right up to your jeep.

We loved Kali River Rapids, although you WILL get wet!! We wore ponchos and STILL got very wet! Take off your shoes first (they have a "thing" in the middle of your raft that is covered..you can put stuff in it to keep it dry)..great fun!

Don't miss Festival of the Lion King and It's Tough to Be A Bug. If you are into wildlife, be sure to visit Rafiki's Planet Watch and explore the Conservation Station. If you do Kilimanjaro Safaris, try to do it early morning or late afternoon as the animals are not out as much mid-day. For kids (or if you love the characters as I do), head to Camp Minnie Mickey EARLY for some great photo ops with the characters in different attire from their norm.

I agree. Tarzan Rocks! Best show in AK as far as I'm concerned. It's a must see. :)

check out the dinosour ride they have. To scary for the little kiddies, but definitely worth going through it indivudally while one spouse watches the little ones.
