Things not to be Forgotten?

Was wondering, from you experienced cruisers, what items to bring that we might not think of - for the Western Magic Cruise this summer?

Hi! When are you sailing? DW and I have cruised enough to be something of experts on what to take that may proven useful. For example, a Sharpie to mark you luggage tags prior to debarkation. So you can place "1 of 5" meaning one bag of five emblozened prominently on the tag. Next an extension cord for the hair dryer. A pair of flip flops for the Rain Forest. A cork screw if you drink wine in your room. Pack it though. They may confiscate it as a lethal weapon at security check. These are but a few. I will review my notes and add more. Cheers, Wes

One thing that I found really helpful, was one of those doorhangers for the back of the door. It held all incidentals that I didn't want all over the bathroom and dresser. You know the kind I'm talking about... you can get them at dollar stores. They have several slots, and made of plastic. They hang from a hanger. This kept everything organized and neat for me. Saved space for other things.

Another thing I really liked... a journal. Even if you aren't one to write.. do so.. quick little notes, will help you remember details you would have forgotten otherwise.

A nightlight. These are great.

All of the things that one would need to bring to make life easier onboard has been discussed in great detail on another thread. Instead of just repeating the info, I will find the other thread and post a link....it would be much easier to just add to that one with new ideas and keep everything on one thread.
