Things I just learned on my trip, just got home

1)Dole whip is way, I repeat, way over rated. Good, but blown way out of proportion on these boards.
2)Loved Ohana, much better than the Luau!
3) Merrell did not make my feet hurt like all the other shoes I've worn.
4)Spotting a fellow DISer is rare, only saw one the entire 8 days.
5)MNSSHP is the worth the money and had the time of my life.
6)CRT is fabulous!
7)Rosie the cleaning lady at MGM is worth the entire price of admission! RUN ME OVA!
8)Some people have no respect for people in wheelchairs (had my 73 year old MIL with me in one)
9) The rudest CM's are bus drivers!
10) NEVER saw the dream team once, saw YOAMD lanyards and fast passes, cloud ears but no dream team.

I bought Merrell sandals 5 years ago and I'm still wearing them on our trips. It's great not having aching legs at the end of the day!!!

Dole whip is ice cream that comes in several flavors. I discovered that while trying to hunt it down this trip. I think everyone likes the pineapple flavor, so that's what I ordered.

What are Merril Sandals? I have problems with my feet and am very nervous about how I am possibly going to do all this walking, I need some very good sneakers or sandals.

For years, my mother has suffered all kinds of problems with her feet. A few years back, a friend of hers sent her a pair of Merrell sandals. She says they are unbelievably comfortable and great for her feet. They must really be "all that" if they held up even in DW!

I bought the Merrell sneakers, we call them tenny shoes here in the south. LOL!
In December, I wore crocs, New Balance (the good ones that are $110.00), had to switch shoes everyday to releive the pain. What I like is the pull cord, instead of laces, not what you're thinking like little old lady velcro.

9) The rudest CM's are bus drivers!

This surprises me. Maybe you had a bad experience. Some of the friendliest CMs I've met in WDW have been bus drivers. On more than one occasion, we have had bus drivers go out of their way to get us back to our resort.

In my experience, some of the rudest CM's (and there haven't been that many of them) have worked at the front desk of the resorts
