Things for BOYS to do around Alpharetta, Ga...

I am thinking of taking my DD to American Girl in Atlanta next month when we have a long weekend from school. I also have 2 boys, ages 11 and 6, and my stepson (14) may go as well. What is something their dad (or my mother LOL if Dad can't go) could take them to while we are at AG? We went to the one in Chicago but just shopped and did the picture session, they went up to the Disney and Lego stores. I know there is an Aquarium but, selfishly, I want them to wait on us to do that

Ideas? It will be around the end of October if that matters.

I can't quite figure out what happened. This post does not appear to have been moved or pulled.....but......I can't find it on the Community Board where I posted it (and it says it is located when I search for it...) If you stumble across this could you post a reply and let me know if this ever happened to you and why? I'd hate to think I broke a rule. OTOH, no one has contacted me to say that I did anything wrong.

If they are sports fans, they could do the tour at Turner Field, where the Braves play. You get to see the museum and then do the tour, including the press boxes and dugout. Information is on the Braves website.

Thanks for the replies. Both good ideas. I think, since DH will be handling the guy stuff, I'll pass that along to him and let him choose. The hotel has an indoor pool and I'm sure our 6 yo DS will have to be dragged out of it kicking and screaming. He has been missing swimming since school started back.

I am really excited. We booked an American Girl pkg for me and DD, Spongebob for DH and the boys. I soooo needed to get out of town for a while, this will be fun!
