After amassing so many points it could have taken years to redeem during shopping sprees because of being "shut out" within minutes of them opening up, I have been able to redeem for two weeks in a row. I am speechless, and I nearly gave up today since it was taking so very long for the pages to load. I was able ot get another $5.00 card to offset a lunch while on vacation. I also found that it only took one week to get my last redemption reward. I redeemed for $5.00 Pizza Hut and it came in todays mail! The last one I was able to get was about two months ago and that just arrived one week ago. Maybe they have listened to those of us who wrote them to complain about the dificulty and long turn over time. I sure hope so. I hope others trying to redeem were able to as well
