Thing 2 FINALLY conquers TOT!!!

Ryan aka Thing 2 finally decided he was big enough to give Tower of Terror a try. He did have a birthday last week and kept telling everybody he was BIGGER now. And after the episode with Jasmine.....I believe he is too! But that was another story....

Anyway......today is Pandy's last day at WDW..... So Ryan says he will ride TOT. We started the day at Animal Kingdom. Why is that place SO FRIGGIN HOT???? We did the Dino ride, saw Festival of The Lion King (1st time for me..great show) Did the safari ride and Kali Rapids, watched the parade and then headed for MGM.

We got to MGM around 5 and went and got Fast Passes for RNR then headed to TOT. There was no wait at all so we strolled slowly up the walkway and into the hotel. Ryan is just as calm as he could be. We explained about the "movie room" and how it would be dark. No problem......he did fine.....the door opens and we step into the basement. He's STILL fine. He isn't very talkative at this point.

We get in the line and there is about 1 elevator's worth of folks in front of us. Ryan isn't making a sound.....But he IS making something else!

Donna looks at me and says "Do you smell that?" I look at her kinda funny and about the same time Thing 1 says "eewwwww"....it's coming from Ryan!!!

Surely he didn't......he isn't so scared he......you mean to tell me he stood right here and filled his pants????

He wouldn't !!! He couldn't??? Could he??? Pandy asks Ryan if he is ok? He says he's fine.....he wants to ride.....

By this time we are next to get on! Do we take him on...LIKE THIS?? What about the OTHER people in the elevator? It's bad enough they are on TOT but to endure THAT SMELL TOO!@!!

We have to check his pants.....NOW....Before we get on!!! A quick peek and .......THERE IS NOTHING THERE!!!!!! What do ya know......

It was just "panic poots"!!!!! But there were RIPE I'm here to tell ya!!!

The little guy rode and didn't make a sound......not a peep....not even a poot!! He loved it! But he sure had me and Pandy and Thing 1 freakin for a few minutes.... LMBO!!~

Safe trip home Donna, Martin and Ryan....it's been a heck of alot of fun.....See you guys next trip......Ryan.....You are STILL my hero!!!!

OMG!! LMBO!!! I still cannot believe he rode it...especially of his OWN accord....without any begging and pleading from the rest of us. I gave him a million chances to opt out too! I guess after all the past trips of him giving us a big fat NO, he just had to make up his own mind that he was ready. Ryan did wonderfully....Mommy is STILL a scardy cat on that ride What an incredible last day, I will remember it forever

Hey Ryan!!! What a brave guy!!! Mind if I use your story to convince my almost 12 yr. old dd to ride TOT? Maybe you could talk to her when you get home and tell her it's ok!
Tony! Your stories about this trip have had me ROTFL with tears in my eyes!! The word "um" will never mean the same and "panic poots" has become a new family term in our house!! We are all chuckling!

Tony, you neglected to add the addendum to this story....

Tony and Martin took a second ride a bit afterwards. Apparently they've been switching over some of the cars to seat belts in the entire back row. Martin got in, was buckled and absolutely lost his mind screaming in a panic!! They had to get him out and put him in the front seat of another car

Oh yeah...I remember dat!! He went balistic!! We were the first row loaded (#6, top left) and they had put seatbelts in. I don't know what he has against seatbelts but he wasn't staying in there with a seatbelt around him for nuttin!! I thought he was gonna come completely unglued!!

We had to crawl over the people that had already sat down and wait for the next elevator so we could have a lap bar row! I guess I'll never figure Thing 1 or Thing 2 out....But they sure can be entertaining........

I'm sure I have forgotten more stories......The one Martin told at dinner one night when pandy took Ryan to the bathroom was a killer!!! I won't tell it cause ..well I just won't...But it was so funny Thing 1 literally fell out of his chair and HE WAS TELLING IT!!
