~~ They're leaving the nest, sew it's time for a trip - or two - or three...~~ D~'s bag ~9/22 ~~

I'm almost positive the answer to this is yes. I remember reading a PTR where someone was able to do this. I'm pretty sure it was Kathy (KatMark). Maybe send her a message on Facebook since she's not on here all that often anymore?

Well got a million things to do at work today, hope you have a great day.

Thanks Ariana - that is exactly what I did. Kathy is a wealth of knowledge!

I know the feeling - yesterday was the same for me!

I'm pretty sure you can use the voucher to book FP+. But it is easy to upgrade a park ticket to an AP. Every time I had an AP it was upgraded from a park pass.

Can't wait to hear about the 5k you are running on Saturday.

We are going camping this weekend. I can't believe I let Dh talk me into sleeping in a tent. I was hoping to get a nice hike in as well, but we are going with my BIL and pregnant SIL, so don't think that is going to happen.

Thanks - this is good to know. So, I just get a voucher in the mail, not a Magic Band?

Hehehe... I think the 5k is more of a "walk" thing. LOL This is at my home town festival - it goes aaaaaaalll weekend long... Which means, I will probably have a drink or 3 on Friday night... So, this 5k isn't really a true 5k - well it is for distance... but the majority of the people doing it might be fighting a hangover. LOL So, maybe it will be interesting? :scratchin At least it will be good for me to try it out. I doubt I'll be running the whole thing, but I'll have my stuff with me, and I might give it a try for a while. ::yes::

FUN!!!!! I love camping!!! But I don't do tents anymore - DH knows better than to even think it. LOL Ever since we had bears in our camp before we were married... It's KOAs all the way for me - and preferably a hotel. ;) I hope you guys have a great time though! Will you be far from home?

Hi there.. I am going to have to find it here.. I need better gym shoes!!! plus i would LOVE a great pair of shoes for Job #2. My back KILLS me after that job.. and of course i am working today.

Yes, do a google search for a running store near you. Otherwise, you are welcome to come by me - I'll take you to one. ::yes:: But I agree - good shoes are a must.

Ummm...

Where is the countdown??? Your slacking on this november trip...

Can't do a countdown... Our official trip dates are semi-secret. ::yes:: But I did do a dance yesterday. :woohoo:

Wow, it's so good you texted Josh when you did, that's really scary! Glad everyone is okay!

I know - it could have been really bad. Lord knows he wouldn't have texted me... Sigh.

Wow, I got a bit behind. I loved Allison's photos she let you push the button for. They were better than the pictures I paid so much money for.

Good job on the running! I liked the new shoes. (Glad your Dad got shoes too. Poor thing going without shoes.)

Scary about Josh and your dogs. Glad you were finally able to find them.

Yay for being an AP holder!!!!!

Thanks!!! I think so too... We get to see the professional ones tomorrow - so we will see how they look.

Thanks! I know - I wish he would have told me he needed them... Well - he did say he needed them, but I just assumed he wanted to get new shoes - he didn't explain. I felt horrible once I got there and he said "I told you I needed new shoes..." But dad, you didn't tell me that none of your shoes fit you and you were wearing your bedroom slippers everywhere. Like Allison - we need to work on more detailed communication. :scratchin

Me too - that was scary! I am just glad they are all ok - hopefully there was a lesson (or two) learned.

:woohoo: I know!!! I am still so excited!!!! I cannot believe it!~

Oh, and I will definitely keep Allison in mind for Senior pictures. Have you noticed an increase in having Senior photos done when you graduate from college? I have seen friends post tons of photos for their kids that graduated college and they were actual photo shoots and professional photos. I had no clue. I had never heard of that before and then this year, I saw three different people's college senior photos. So, maybe she won't have to wait 6 years to do Chelsea's, she can do Marissa's when she graduates from college. Ha ha.

Awesome! I have not noticed this... Must be a new thing. I've see college senior pictures - but they seemed to be taken by a school photographer... I hope it's not a new thing, everything is so expensive as it is. Hahaha... She'd love that!

Congrats on the annual pass. I'm sure you'll put it to good use.
The insurance covers it but I have a $500 deductible so I have to come up with the money before it can be fixed.
Glad work went by fairly quickly.ew re My first day back was busy. We set the new release section and then worked in toys for a while. It looked like no one had been my department for a week. the cell phone printer is broken and of course no one called it in. Their were cameras in the phone cabinets. Cameras are in the photo dept. One the guys I work with helped clean it up some what. The printer still doesn't work. I'll try using canned air and see it that helps.
On a brighter note, the kittens are doing much better. They spent the morning exploring the living room, now they're back in their room.
Have a good day.
Liz

I sure hope I put it to good use. :thumbsup2 I'll make a point of it.

That really sucks about the deductable... People are just so, um, inconsiderate and rude. Things like that make me so angry... Do they not realize that people work hard for the things they have? And it costs a lot of $$ to fix their idiotic type of fun??? Seriously. GRRRR... So sorry you have to deal with this!

Oh no!!! It's awful to go back to work to have to deal with a large mess (or messes) like that. Sigh. I hope everything is fixed soon and work goes much better the rest of the week.

Yay for cute kittens exploring!

You too!!!

Sounds like you had a good day at Target.

Be careful with you legs and knees.

When I visited Walt Disney World and Disneyland in Anaheim 2 1\2 years ago some of the CM asked where we were from and what we were doing in the USA. When we told them about our road trip in the USA they were shocked. They couldn't believe that we were driving that much. And many of them told us that most Americans don't visit other states. We on the other hand was shocked that the CM's thought that our road trip was so long

I can't wait to meet you and I'm sure we have some stories and pictures to show you from our trip so far if you want to hear and see :)

It wasn't bad... But it was Target. LOL

I am careful... At this point - my biggest concern is my feet. They are still sore from my old shoes... After I do my 5k this weekend - I think I will take a break next week - or I will try. I am really enjoying running and I want to do it every chance I get. It's really hard for me to only do it 3 days a week... I haven't been this excited about excercise in a long time. LOL So, I hate to lose that momentum - but I need my feet to get back to normal too. :thumbsup2

I agree - most people here don't travel outside their state and maybe the bordering states. I know - I had never left MN by plane until I was 28... And up until that time, I had only ever been across the border of our neighboring states a few times. Since then - I have traveled a lot, I do love it - so I intend to do it a lot more. ::yes:: So you are very lucky to be able to come here and see so much of our nation. :thumbsup2

I'll be very anxious to see some of your pictures so far and hear about your trip - and to meet you too, of course! It's only a few weeks away.

Isn't it awesome having an AP? I love it. It was good to talk to you on FB this morning.

LOL - well, it will be a little more exciting once I get to use it. Hehehe... Yes it was nice chatting with you on FB too... I need to go find where you've been hanging out Kathy - I miss you! :lovestruc

The pictures you took of Alli look GREAT!!! Yes, senior year is very expensive. I felt like all I did was write out checks to pay for things. This was definitely as learning experience as well for Alli. I just went through something similar with my daughter.

Hope you had a nice visit at your dad's. How did the sneakers do on real test run?

Did you get my pm?

have a great day!

Thanks! Yes, I now have a line item in our budget for "Senior stuff"... Sigh... It is expensive!!! I wish there was a handy-dandy list somewhere that gave parents an idea of what to expect financially this year. Sigh.

I did! Well, he loved them when I left - so we'll see?

Or were you talking about my new runners? LOL Mine are great - I love them. Sadly - my feet are still really sore from my old shoes - which is kind of taking some of the joy out of my new found fun. :( But I can definitely tell a big difference between my old shoes and my new shoes - my new shoes are so much more comfortable. ::yes::

I did get your PM - did you get my reply? LOL

Thanks - you too!

Yay!!! Congrats! Oh wow, MVMCP sounds great!! Are you planning on doing the Candlelight Processional as well? I hear that lovely during the holidays!

I am so excited about MVMCP!!! I love Christmas! I've only ever done Disney at Halloween - as far as holidays go, so I cannot imagine Disney at another time... I think Halloween at Disney will always be my one true love, but I am very excited to see it at Christmas too! I am not sure? Suzi is doing all of the planning, so we might be? Is that an extra ticketed event?

How fun to have someone else planning the trip!!! That would be so awesome...you get all of the fun...without any of the work!!!

It is kind of fun. I feel badly that I am not helping at all - but I get the feeling, most of the time, Suzi enjoys it. ::yes:: There aren't many people I would trust with planning a trip - but I definitely trust Suzi! :thumbsup2 And besides - I have 2 other trips to plan, so it's kind of a relief just to enjoy this one... Even though the planning is half the fun - IMO!

Eeeeep! I am over the moon excited. I was redoing all our spreadsheets and looking over meals. I am super excited to eat here! Argh.....I can't tell you where, but you're gonna love it!

LOL - you are a turd. But I love you! ::yes::

I'd have to know lol Then again if someone went through the process of planning it, I'd be over the moon. AP wow that's exciting! Leftover gift cards is that even possible? BTW so proud of you on your running, I've been following on FB! Officially back to the Dis now and I get to see your trip unfold!

LOL - It's really nice to have Suzi plan it - and it's kind of exciting to be surprised. My family is a little perplexed about how I am going to pull off being surprised, but if I truly don't want to know - I can be good and not find out.

LOL - I know! I knew I had some left after the last trip... I just threw my Disney wallet in my desk and figured i'd enter the GCs in at some point to check balances. I was glad I did. I didn't realize I had that much extra... It's very helpful to me now though - because when I came home last year - I had NO idea I'd be doing 3 trips in one year.

I am very excited about the AP!!! I wish I could have one every year. LOL

Thanks!!! I am a little concerned about my feet... They are still really sore from my old shoes, and I am just afriad I did something to them? If they are not better by next week - I plan to go in to the Dr. I am so proud of myself to be able to run, I would hate to have it wrecked because I was wearing improper shoes. But on that note... I love it - and I do believe I am addicted. I went for a walk last night, and it was so hard not to run... but I had run 2 days in a row previously and I am really forcing myself to take a day off in between. But it's so exciting for me... Running is something I just never thought my body could do - yet, here I am. One month ago - I couldn't run a block - and now I am doing 2 miles with out stopping - it's very slow, very, very slow - but running just the same! :woohoo:

Super happy to have you back on the The Dis! Whoohoo!

Hi D!

I cant imagine not being the planner of my trip. I plan all of our family trips, reserve everything, get us there on time, and keep everything goong smooth. My nerves would be in shambles relying on someone to do it for me. But i know Suzi will take awesome care of you.

Allison's pictures are gorgeous. I love the idea of her getting to produce her own senior portraits. Thats something really neat to look back on. I fear when my kids hit that stage of life bc like yours, its one right after the other.

Enjoy your running! Be safe but have fun.

I know!!! That's why this is such a treat for me... I have someone I trust doing all of the work - And to be honest, we all tour in different ways - I am excited to experience a trip the way that someone else plans it/does it. Ya know?

Thanks! I really love how they turned out. I sure hope she likes them enough to not want the ones we see from the other photographer tomorrow. LOL We'll see...

It is scary - one after another like that... I wish there was a Senior budget plan out there somewhere... I think I need to go google it - so I am not taken off guard like this again.

Thanks! I am!

Yay!! So excited! Secrets like this are fun!

Hehehe... I have a feeling that everyone will know where I am staying, but me. LOL

Congratulation getting a annual pass.
Personally I like to know which resort I'm going to stay in. But I can understand that you want it to be a surprise.

Thanks! I am very excited, for now, to be surprised... Hopefully I can stick to my guns and stay surprised. LOL

********************************************************************************

As you saw... Yesterday was a fun Disney day for me! I don't have much else to add to that.

I worked all day in my sewing room - I was able to finish up everything that needed to be finished. PHew!

I took Allison to town to work.

Then I came home and made dinner... Chicken caesar salads.

After, Josh had a meeting...

So, I left early to pick Allison up from work and I walked in town. Only a walk - no running. Since the road I walk on is officially torn up... I sure hope that means they are making the shoulder wider. ::yes:: That would be VERY nice. My walk was good... I found out that my running pace is exacly 1 second faster than my walking pace... Pretty pathetic. LOL My feet are still sore from my other shoes, so that is a little depressing for me. I've been wearing my orthotic flip flops as much as possible and icing my feet when I get the chance. I am hoping they start to feel better soon.

Today... Again - I'll be working all day. I only have 2 more days to work in my sewing room this week, so I need to get as much done as possible.

Tonight, I have to take Allison to Northfield for a photo shoot - not her's.

That's about all.

I hope you all have a wonderful day! Prayers and Pixie Dust to all of you! :grouphug:

D~

I have NO idea where we are staying now!

I know! We really need an evil laugh smiley but this one will have to do. :teeth: I think you are going to be very happy with Suzi's choice. ::yes::

So excited for you for being a AP holder. I loved having mine last year but there is a bit of a hazard with them. I was only going to go to WDW 2 times with mine but somehow 2 additional trips ended up happening for a total of 4. :confused3 It's way too easy to book a trip when you already have tickets.

When I got my AP I was able to log onto MDE and customize an AP Magic Band. It came with an awesome passholder slider. Not sure if they still do that but you might want to look under the Magic Band section to see if it's still available.

Things are still crazy here right now. My new boss started Monday so I've been spending time getting her up to speed and haven't gotten any of my own work done. Hoping she will get with other people today and I can get some stuff done. I really do like her so far so at least that's a plus.

Hope you have a great day in your sewing room!

I had to hop on and share my excitement for a moment...

It's official!

I just purchased my first Annual Pass! :woohoo:

And also, my very first ever MVMCP tickets! :woohoo:

Soooo excited!

So... You purchase your AP online and they send you a code to use to book your FPs. :)

Doing the Disney Dance today! Whoot!

D~

So excited for you!! You are going to love MVMCP -- it's so much fun!

We were able to get magic bands for our AP. Our trip last summer we had 4 different magic band that we switched between depending on what color and who we felt like being that day.

You will have a great time doing you 5k walk ( or run). Can't wait to hear all about it.

I think we are going to be about 2 1/2 hours away, but with traffic it could be longer. Trying to coordinate 6 people is kind of crazy. I think we all have different expectations of this weekend. Planning what food to bring and stuff is kind of crazy.

I think I would be totally fine with someone else doing the planning, if that person was a proven planner. No winging it allowed. But I would love someone to plan my trip and it all be a surprise. Sort of like how my kids feel when they go with me. Yes, I could be very happy to hand over the planning reigns.

I looked at the AP prices and the Annual Passport (both coasts). Someday, I will have one. Probably the same time I fully drink the Kool-Aid and buy into DVC. I really should just move there.

Have a great day. Stay strong at the professional photographers. All of the pictures are going to be beautiful and stunning, because they are Allison. The ones you guys took yourself are beautiful and stunning also.

Hey all... I just wanted to pop in and let you know that I did a bunch of updates on various posts on the first page. Most of you know it all... But I did ramble a little bit in my healthy living post. ::yes:: :)

D~

Sounds like you had a busy day yesterday.

Today is the 4th summer day in Tromsø according to the weatherman. According to them the temperature has to be above 68ºF during the day. I prefer lower temperatures so I don't mind that we haven't had that many summer days so far this year. But most people thinks this summer has been horrible.

Have you tried soaking your feet in Epsom salts? It should help. The Candlelight Processional is free, but depending on the narrator, the line could start forming early. I think there are two performances. Not sure if it will have started when you are there though. C and I have tickets to MVMCP too this year! We are going to see/hear Neil Patrick Harris for the CP, we have a CP dinner package.

Congratulations on getting your first Annual Pass. It really is the most economical way to go when taking multiple trips. And there are discounts, too. There is a special pass holder section in your MDE account which will give you information about the benefits.

I can't wait to find out what resort you are staying at. Are you sure you don't want to know ahead of time? ;)

Congratulations on your annual pass! Did you know you can combine your Disney gift cards all onto one card now? I just added a few with small balances onto one main card - now I only have to keep up with one

I am not sure? Suzi is doing all of the planning, so we might be? Is that an extra ticketed event?

Yes it is! It takes place at EPCOT during different dates and times around the holiday season. They always get a famous guest speaker for each show.

I have NO idea where we are staying now!

na na na na.. not sayin a word.

So, It's official...

D~ is going to Disney in November.

D~ is an Annual Passholder.

D~ has no idea where she is staying.

D~ is beyond excited!

HA HA HA HA HA HA
So funny!
D~ going a few times
D~ can go even more times!
D~ BAAAAAAAAAAAAA HA HA HA HA
D~ your staying in a cardboard box because Suzi can't deal with your snoring.

So, tell me people - would you ever want to be surprised by which resort you were staying at? Or are you one of those people (like Suzi) who MUST know?

Yes i would!!! But no one in my house KNOWS how to plan a trip!!! I would LOVE to be surprised!!!
I think we need to plan a family trip together and not tell Suzi the details.. I think she would blow a gasket not knowing.. LOL

LOVE YOU SUZI!

I have a bit of OCD so i am not sure i could handle not knowing where i was staying... But in concept i think its AMAZING to not know.. just not sure i could do it...

Hope you have a great day in your sewing room!

I am sure I will be! I trust Suzi completely!

I am very excited too! :woohoo: I wish I could afford to do more than 3 trips in a year, just to get more use out of it.

Hmmm... I checked into doing this - but I didn't have the option? I'll check again in a few days to see if it will let me - maybe because I haven't received my voucher yet?

I hope you are able to stay caught up at work - good for you for helping out the boss = brownie points. ::yes::

Thanks - I hope you have a great weekend!

So excited for you!! You are going to love MVMCP -- it's so much fun!

Thanks! I am super excited for this. Suzi and I are throwing around the option of doing 2 parties - but I have to wait to see if the budget will allow first. I love, love, love MNSSHP - so I can only imagine my love for this one too. ::yes::

Happy countdown dance

We were able to get magic bands for our AP. Our trip last summer we had 4 different magic band that we switched between depending on what color and who we felt like being that day.

That's cool!

I hope so, I am a little nervous - I have not worked up to a 5k yet... I am at about 2.3 miles. I can walk a 5k no problem - but not run yet - I dont think?

Have fun this weekend!!! It will be a great time! :thumbsup2

I'll join you with evil smiles and agreeing the Suzi is awesome at this and you'll be very happy!

You guys!!! Gol... I am excited though! I cannot wait to see where we are staying! ::yes::

Exactly! I totally trust Suzi, so this is awesome for me. I do feel like a kid! :thumbsup2

Hehehe... That will be an exciting day for sure!

THanks! Yah - I didn't stay very strong. Sigh. I'll talk about it below.

It was!

Yay for nice weather... That is the perfect temp for me - I love the 60° range.

I have not! But that is an excellent idea. They were only a little sore this morning.

Cool! That sounds like a lot of fun! Have we figured out if our dates overlap at all? My memory is so bad lately...

Thanks Sue - I am so excited to have one! I did see the discounts page... I am kind of bummed, because I ordered my AP and MVMCP tickets in the same transation - and I didn't realize that AP holders got discounts on specific parties - and the party we are going to has the discount. :( It would only save me approx $9 - but I wonder if Disney would refund me that amount? I forgot to call them yesterday.

Me too!! For right now - I want to be excited. Maybe later I will change my mind?

Congratulations on your annual pass! Did you know you can combine your Disney gift cards all onto one card now? I just added a few with small balances onto one main card - now I only have to keep up with one

Thanks! Yes, I did know that - which is awesome! I plan to do that when I have enough to justify combining. ::yes::

Yes it is! It takes place at EPCOT during different dates and times around the holiday season. They always get a famous guest speaker for each show.

That is cool... I will have to do some research. I am sure Suzi knows about it though. :thumbsup2

I KNOW I KNOW!!! MUUUUUUUUUUU HA HA HA HA HA HA

Hahahaha... THanks for the laugh Mo... That was too funny!

Yes, I think that Swoozie would blow a gasket too. Maybe for our next trip? LOL

I have a bit of OCD so i am not sure i could handle not knowing where i was staying... But in concept i think its AMAZING to not know.. just not sure i could do it...

LOL I am excited not to know. If I didn't have all of these other trips going on - I think it would be different, but since i have 2 other trips to plan, it's really nice to have someone I trust to take the reigns on one of them. :thumbsup2

*******************************************************************************************

I've been working like crazy - trying to squish a week's worth of work into 2 days - around other stuff. But I am making it work.

Yesterday morning was Allison's picture ordering... Sigh. I wish Allison and I would have had a chance to talk about them before we ordered - had we done that, we would have saved some $$. The pictures turned out beautiful - but her and I were in agreement - Allison's were better. However, I did like the location on a few of them. What we ordered... And what we didn't order... We decided on NO digial photos - that was going to be the major expense. We ordered 8 poses of wallets for $270 (Allison is paying $100) towards those. Then - I caved on doing a framed 11x14 for $230. I ordered and paid for these things, but they are holding the order for submission because I wanted to talk to the grandparents to see if they want any... So, the order isn't "official" yet - even though I've paid for my portion. Once we got out to the car, Alli and I were able to talk... We both came to the conclusion that we liked the pictures she took better - and we are both willing to go up to Minneapolis again to use some of those backgrounds if we want them. I am really kicking myself for ordering that 11x14 framed picture and I want to email them to cancel that part of the order... Thinking on it - I would much rather have an 11x14 that Allison took - vs. one from another photographer - I just think it means more. I am planning to email the photographer today and cancelling that portion of the order. I am sure I will get a LOT of resistance for this - because they were quite pushy yesterday.

After that - I came home and went directly to work... I am almost finished with this weeks' bag. I plan to finish it up (hopefully) this morning.

I went out for a run last night, I added .15 miles to my run - that portion on gravel. It went good. It was definitely different running on gravel - not bad, but different. I did ice my feet and knees as soon as I got home. Only a little soreness this morning... I am still praying it's the difference in old/new shoes.

Today, V and I are headed out to my home town festival weekend... It's like a mini-high school/family reunion. We used to go every year, but we've skipped it the last 2 years because of our August Disney trips - and me being too busy prepping for them. I am looking forward to going, yet I am not. It's a lot of drinking - which I don't do much of. Thankfully, I am staying at my cousin's house - and it's walking distance to downtown... So I can just park my car for the weekend and not worry about having to find a sober driver if I need one - I can just walk. ::yes:: But in all likelyhood - I won't drink much... I just don't enjoy it all that much anymore.

I have not decided if we are coming home tomorrow or Sunday? I know I've been volunteered to run a 5k tomorrow morning... I am a little nervous about that - I know I can do it if I walk/run... But I don't think I will be able to run the whole thing - I am just not up to that point yet.

I hope you all have an amazing weekend! Prayers and good thoughts go out to all of you! :grouphug:

Have fun at the festival this weekend. If you really like Allison's pictures better get those. They mean more to you.
Work has settle down. The wireless printer is still not working, so no cell phone contracts right now.
This week in tax free weekend on school stuff. It should be busy.
The kittens have settled in. We took them to the vet on Wednesday. Jack is almost one pound heavier than Salem. They spend their time chasing each other around. I still put them in their room when I go to work. Who know what they'd do if I left them out by themselves.
Hae a good day.

I can totally understand that you would rather have a picture that Alli took than a picture that another photographer took. Crossing my fingers that you can cancel that part of your order.

I hope you and V have a great time at your home town festival weekend.

Today I have gotten my suitcase out. So now I'm going to start packing. It's a lot of stuff I want to have with me. Even if I'm going to do laundry while on our road trip I still have to have a lot of stuff with me. On Wednesday I started to get travel sick ( I don't have a clue what you would call it in English but in Norwegian we often say that we get travel sick when we are so excited about going on a trip that we don't know what to do. Symptoms of travel sickness is that you can't stop thinking about the upcoming trip, talking about it to others and some people can't even sleep because they are so exciting about going on the trip) I'm still able to get to sleep, but I cant stop thinking and talking about the trip.

I know I've been volunteered to run a 5k tomorrow morning... I am a little nervous about that - I know I can do it if I walk/run... But I don't think I will be able to run the whole thing - I am just not up to that point yet.
Tips for your first 5K:
- don't start out too fast. You'll be tempted to go faster than normal because of the excitement, which is fine, just take it back down to normal as you run.
- go ahead a take some walk breaks - no one cares ;)
- plan to run across the finish line. You want to save enough energy to run that last bit - partly because it feels amazing to run across a finish line and partly because everyone will be watching you at that point. :)

And have lots of fun!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yah - so I've been investigating online...

Turns out - I've found the professional photographers printing website... I've registered and and I've been messing around with it a little bit this morning... I can get TRIPLE the wallets, Plus the 11x14 matboarded, plus the 5x7s I need for the grandparents (and a couple extra for us) matboarded as well, for $150 total!!!!

I am going to talk to Allison when she wakes up - I am tempted to cancel her entire senior portrait order now that I know we can get the quality die cut wallets on our own. ::yes:: Wish me luck. It might be wrong of me - but seriously - it would save me $450 when all was said and done! That's a lot of cash!

I would cancel it all...I am so glad my son did not want all that. He had to be forced to take the senior pictures for the yearbook. I did buy the minimum of those. But I was lucky...he did not want the "casual" pictures nor did he want a class ring. It will be interesting to see what he decides next fall when he graduates from college. Although I don't see him wanting anything then too. I am just hoping he will actually walk at graduation...since they are given a choice in college.
