Same offer as last year, don't have to be a AAA south member nor FL resident to get the non-discounted price (of course I already bought our $85 ones lol...they may wind up on ebay or get "banked"). Check the website out (i'd call to verify that the info hasn't changed 1st:thumbsup2 ).

Unfortunatleyt , they do not post tickets to the UK, so will jusyt have to wait to see if any other offers come up.

I believe you can only purchase these online if you are a AAA South member.

I tried to purchase them using my AAA # and the message said:

"The membership prefix and/or club code entered ('429' and '004' respectively) indicates that you belong to a different AAA club.

If this is incorrect, please Return to the Form and try again. If it is correct, there is one of two things you will need to do:
1. If you are permanently living within our service area (Florida, Georgia, western 2/3rds of Tennessee and Puerto Rico), you can transfer your membership to our club. Then request your Auto Club South membership number from our Membership Services Center here.
2. If you are permanently living outside of our service area, please click here. This will take you to the aaa.com zip code screen where you can enter your home zip code and be routed to the AAA Club that services the area in which you reside."

Were you able to purchase the AP's???

Okay to get on aaa south you have to enter a southern zipcode to get in their website, and you can still order if you are not member of aaa south, it just costs more. You will have to register as non member and then the charge you the $189.95 price plus shipping 4.05, handling 2.00, and tax of 9.60= 205.60 for 2 years. This is not that bad deal as aaa adds tax on tickets if you buy them online, and according to checkout aaa members only save $5.00. Annual passes would probably only cost the $184.95 at their local office, as they include tax in office. HTH

yep, i was told how to access the "backdoor" way into the site by the agent who answered the telephone number.

She did stress that the activiation date is enforced

Not sure whether to sell the $85 tix on eBay or just hang onto them for the distant future (2009:eek: ;) ).

fyi, you get a "voucher" to present for processing.

Question:

My last AP expired in '06, do they still do a photo or is it a bio-scan thingie now?

/
Does this include free parking?

i'm not up on the percs..is there a sticky or link somewhere?

for lack of a better term they're the ones without the blackout dates.

I aslo called and told cs that I was a aaa mid atlantic member and she said I could buy them in office for the aaa south price. If you going to get these it probably would be better to get in office to avoid all the fees. I still debating since I already bought the 85.00 tickets.

DS and I activated our AP vouchers last October and we received photo passes. DH activated his AP voucher this past March and he has a paper ticket and used the finger scan thing to gain netry. When the ticket agent gave DH the paper ticket, I mentioned that DS and I have photo passes. He said they no longer do the photo passes but they will remain valid as long as I continue to renew our APs. So to answer your question, I don't think you can continue to use your photo pass if the AP already expired and it was not renewed. Although I think I would give it a try at guest services. Hope this helps!

I am a AAA Midatlantic member and can't seem to get into the AAA south website to take advantage of this deal. I did enter a southern zipcode but when I got to the ticket part it asked for my six digits which when I entered it said I was a midatlantic member. Would love a pm with instructions on how to get in or a number to call to order over the phone. Thanks!

Fan2CSkr - thanks for posting the percs, still on the fence as to purchasing...afraid i'll get burnt on eBay selling the $85 ones...probably should just bite the bullet & hang onto them for visits TBA.:)

keishashadow, are the tickets actual tickets or do they have to be collected at the park? I was under the impression that the purchasing CC had to be shown to use the $85 tickets? Do they sell these on ebay? Just curious.

Our local AAA has the actual tix media $85 no PA sales tax added...

believe bubba's mom bought one in other part of state & had to pay tax?

Can someone please give me the website or lead me where to find this deal?
TIA:goodvibes

the bogo is through www.aaasouth.com

Their toll-free # indicated that you can purchase as non FL resident, non AAA member; but the key is to list a orlando zip code (which you need to change to your correct credit card address that you insert at checkout).

Additionally, you may stop @ either of their local offices...one in Kissimmee & another somewhere north in Orlando I believe.
