I just had a chance to listen to the e-mail pod cast this weekend and I heard your question about using Hilton Reward Points. We are planning to attend Food and Wine in November and also wanted to use Hilton Points.

The new Waldorf Astoria at Disney will be opening in October 2009. Waldorf is a Hilton property and will be accepting points. I e-mailed their management and they said to keep checking their web site for updates on booking with points. Waldorf does require a lot of points, but I think it will be a fun place to stay. They are also running some opening specials. You might wanted to take a look at their web site. The hotel looks amazing...
