They need to build more Cabanas at Castaway Cay.....

I understand that not everyone agrees with the need for a Cabana at Castaway Cay...but for those of us who DO enjoy the "thought" of getting one, it is so frustrating that, cruise after cruise, there are never any to be had. For my family of adults, it is the difference between being able to be together as a family or some going on the Island and some staying on the boat due to skin cancer.

I am a Silver Castaway member, and by the time I get my booking window they are always booked by Concierge and Gold members.

Because the demand is so high, why don't they build more if people are willing to pay the price? We are all adults and I can not ever get one at Serenity Bay either!!!!

Frustrated...and I do check daily for cancellations. Vent over....

Space and privacy and distance are issues. Yes there popular and yes a good income earner for DCL. But they have squeed more in the question is where to put more. The most popular ones are near the familiy beach.

Yes, they'd have to develop more of the island and I don't know how feasible that is.

The real answer is the raise the price until they struggle to sell out, or have some type of auction. Then everyone would have a choice to get one or not.
