They have started

Tim, that's a cool picture. I meant to ask you about this in chat and forgot. We were discussing all kinds of other important stuff. ;) Anyway, is that a computer enhanced picture? Your back yard with the addition added in? It's way cool. I want one of those garden room thingies, but first we have to finish our basement.

It's just a photo from a website Steph - very close to what ours will look like though :)

Looking Good I must add!
The end result will look fantastic going off that pic you've shown us...must say though ive never seen builders work so fast!

My brother and his wife have just had the back garden re-paved with fancy bricks etc it has took WEEKS and its finally done, and they have made a right mess! :(

Hope its going well?

Beth

About flippin' time, Tim! I'll bet you thought it was never going to get started! At least they seem to be getting on with it now.

The base is now complete, just need to wait for it to dry out well before the conservatory upvc frame goes up - should be next week :)

Must admit these builders dispell the myth that builders spend all day drinking tea - they have worked very hard :)

Well, Tim, I have to disagree with you there;) We've just had our lovely new kitchen fitted and the two guys who fitted it drank me out of coffee and got through three packets of McVities Chocolate Digestives (no expense spared where my new kitchen was concerned, you know:p ).

And they finished on schedule . . .

Hope all continues to go well with the conservatory - you'll really appreciate it when it's done. I don't think we could do without ours. Yours looks remarkably like my SIL's; in fact the whole garden looks remarkable like my SIL's. I'm off to ask if she's got copyrighting fees!!

I agree - we've just built on a new kitchen, utility room & toilet and I can't imagine how we lived without them before. The house seems sooooo much bigger!
