On some of those rides with blacklights I can see my stamp, it is almost always all smeared and illegible. I get stamped again going out, but they just put that on the old one so it ends up just being a green blob.
When buying tickets they should give you the option to have your picture taken. Then when a CM scans your ticket your group's picture pops up on the screen. Heck even with online tickets they could have some applet where you take your picture using your webcam. If you don't want to or can't have your picture taken, then you just show your ID. That would speed the line up a bit.
