So when I made my original ressies the CM told me that we would miss the Osborne lights by a few weeks. Then when the hours came out this week the Disney website states that they start on November 10th. The DIS says November 28th. All Ears has it listed as Nov 10th in one spot and Nov 28th in another. . .

I wonder which is right???

Hi Mayers!

Went to breakfast with my wife and the pastor to set up Monday's service at the cemetery. Had bisquits and gravy, bacon, hash browns, Swedish pancakess at IHOP and lots of iced tea!

Shelly- I know that the Osborne lights-- they start preparing them all the way in August/September b/c it's so intricately done- so maybe they turn them on on the 10th and they aren't fully finished until the 28th?

No, just regular tea - not that I wouldn't mind a glass of sweet tea from time to time. Lena is doing good. It was a good meeting with the pastor. He was very helpful in planning Monday's service. Lena spending the day going through the house finding pictures and important documents. We are starting organize stuff around.

It takes weeks for DL to get all of the Christmas decorations up and running. Usually the New Orleans Square lights are up and lite before anything else. I really love those lights. I hope they do light up some of the Christmas lights when we are there in November too.

Thanks for all the great taxi info!

You guys are funny though. I don't really see DH taking the taxi and checking in and unpacking by himself. He leaves all that fun stuff up to me. Besides, I could do it in about 1/2 the time it would take him and I probably wouldn't like where he put everything anyways!!

Okay, I'm off to check SW rates and see if the AK hours are up. . .

My DH would take a taxi, tote all the luggage, check-in, get the luggage in the room and...

Lay down on the bed or set up his lap-top. Everything else would be up to me!

It's the bedspread that always get's ruined, so I just have a blanket on the bed. But no bedspread because they were getting ruined right and left. It'd take me awhile to pick a new one and BAM! Ruined! Pick a new one, BAM! Ruined! Pick a new one, BAM! Ruined!

So I decided to WAIT for my kids to grow up a little!

And then I always wondered why MY bedding would get ruined and not theirs.

Just enjoying another beautiful day here. We have been having some perfect weather lately! Too bad it is supposed to get into the 90's tomorrow with high humidity. Yuck!

Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

Tomorrow's the day ~ ADR's!! Wish me luck! Guess that means I am at 91 days today. I am already in double digits and didn't even realize it!

I just read that sometime in October Disney is going back to 180 days!! Hope it's true. But either way it doesn't help me on this trip.

Wow...how did you miss our weather. I poured rain all day... we were like ducks at our golf tournament, and then finally they called it off.
I am praying today will be better...but the humidity is awful. But then again...this just may be summer I see.

Hey Jo - I was watching Sports Center yesterday and they really are pulling for your boys this season.

I think they have a crush on Tebow too.



They listed Florida as the #1 top school to beat.

OSU was on there as well as Penn State (#8)... Pitt was nowhere to be found.

I always want to cheer for Pitt. But I just can't get into it. I wish I loved College ball though. It just seems so fun.... Totally different from the NFL
