Good Morning!!!

Afterall our rain the sun is shining brightly, my new driveway was poured and looks great. ( took a drive by it yesterday)... and I only have 4 more sleeps till the keys are in my hand, the papers are signed...



Kids have 4 days of school left....here comes summer!!!!!!!!!

What a crazy day yesterday...my sister called it "911 day".

First, around 2 am yesterday, my mom slowly fell down on to the floor after using the bathroom and my brother and dad couldn't pick her up. So they called the paramedics to help her back to bed. Fortunately, she wasn't hurt - but such "drama"...then around 11 am my MIL fainted in her bathroom...another 911 call, she was out 20 minutes, another trip to the ER for 2 hours. Thankfully, she is OK.

All this commotion and none of had anything to eat except some bagels that morning. So around 6:30 pm we got some BBQ and watched "Who's Line is it Anyway" and finally just relaxed.

Then I get a text from my sister...her husband's parent's garage caught on fire! 911!!! ACK! By the time the firetrucks got there, it was fully engulfed and it was a total loss. Water and smoke damage to the house and no electricity. My sister was ticked off, because they store their Christmas tree and decorations in there and some of the ornaments were my mom's and her mom's (our grandmother's). The think the cause of it was the lawn mower. Unbelievable. They moved in to a local hotel for a few days to sort out the mess. This happened around 5:30 pm yesterday. INSANE!

I so need to get away from this drama soon!!! LOL!

I am tired and sore. Spent the day yesterday cleaning at the new house. Again. Wow what a mess. I think we are finally making progress on it though.

I can't wait to get into mine and take pictures! I'm getting so anxious... We still didn't hear about the appraisal - but it's not showing online under the MLS# anymore. Like, at all.....

Not even showing as 'Contingent' anymore. It's just gone....

I'm going to think that this is a good sign until I hear otherwise. So, until we hear something - we're still busy organizing and doing some light packing. My friend Rachel's mom offered to do the food for us when we move. She's so sweet! And luckily for us, most of our stuff is still in storage from our last move into my parents house - so this should be MUCH easier than last time.

The kids came home with the most amazing report cards today... I'm almost crying I'm so happy!!!
