Just wanted to give some props to the BWV for taking care of our family during a not so magical time.
Actually not just the BWV but most of the CM's we encountered.
Our first full night there, we were on our way to CP for a pre-MVMCP dinner. On the way into the park I dropped and broke our digital camera. I was chatting with the women who gives you the pagers at the CP and mentioned this. Right after we were seated she approached us with a disposable so that our fun could continue.
Then 2 days later DS(3) came down with the stomache flu (no parks for us that day). It was a Trash and Towel day, and the wonderful CM that came took pitty on my son. She returned with Dream Friends Mickey and Minnie stuffed toys for him.
We were scheduled to go for a FDP at Mama Melrose that night, but when the other DS(8) returned with DH with a 102 fever and I came down with the flu as well, I placed a call to Dining. They cancelled our ressie without charge.
We were on the DDP however, and still needed to use our credits. ESPN took pity on us and allowed us to bring back take out.
After speaking to concierge about my two sick boys (both with different viruses) they sent up an air mattress and waved the fee.
I cannot say enough good things about the service we received and the genuine and caring CM's we encountered. I will be writing to Disney to commend these CM's.
