There was a huge frog in my car today.

Talk about a bad day.

Went to the Dentist with DD1. She sees me getting my teeth cleaned and freaks out so we had to leave. I was putting her stroller in the back of the car and notice a giant frog in the door frame. They love our vehicle for some reason.

I went back in and asked for some gloves. I try to grab it and it slithers to where I can't reach it. I have no choice but to close the door and drive home. I called DH to ask where he was and he said he would meet up with me at a park by our house. He found it and then throws it over my head into a marsh I almost had a heart attack.

The joys of living in Florida. Does anyone else find these in their cars?

I haven't but my son has found a few. Usually in the summer when they're well cooked.

We have a huge toad living in a pipe that's buried in the front lawn. The thing has got to be as big as my fist! I've never seen all of him and he must only come out at night to eat.

Mostly I love the frogs/toads. This is something we seldom, if ever, saw in New England. The sticky frogs are my personal favorite.

They are everywhere. They even stick to the house at night.

Well send them here. One of my cats has a frog fetish. When we do get them they will stick on the front window at night. She loves it and will sit there by the hour looking up at them. Now we haven't had one out there in months but she still goes over a few times every evening crying for the froggies.

We own a timeshare thru BlueGreen and a few years ago stayed at Orange Lake Country Club. We saw these things all the time. After it rained one day we came back that night and they were stuck all over the entrance area and on the door of our condo. I think the things are cute, but I was afraid one would jump on me...
