I've been watching the Timeshare Store sales boards for the past few weeks and I am amazed at how quickly the DVC points sell there. We had a buyer through Timeshare Store for our BCV points in 6 days. The Boardwalk Villa points offerings have gone from 21 choices four weeks ago to 7 today. The Old Key West and Wilderness Villas points don't stay very long either. I think the freezing weather up north is making the DVC listings look warm and cozy.

I wonder how many sell even before they make it on any web page. People who have orders with the agents looking for certain use year's at certain resorts.

I have purchased two resales through The Timeshare Store before they ever got listed. My suggestion is that if you have a specific request and price point to call and talk to Pat Spell. She will call you as soon as she has something that meets your criterial.

We were looking for a 150 or so point contract at OKW last November. There were no contracts available of about that size for several weeks! Finally found one by being on everyone's call list. Diana
