How did you get thrown out of a line that you weren’t in to begin with? Just wondering. I consider “in the FP line” to be after I tap my band and get a green light.
This always seems to happen to me too. Really bugs me when the CM's end up waving these groups through 95% of the time.We just got back and I swear at every FP line we went to, there was a group holding up the process because they were trying to get in too early/too late and having lengthy discussions with the CM.

I wondered the same thing. Though someone earlier in this thread said that the Navi FP line extended way past the FP tapsiles. I've never seen that happen, but I am sure it does (and thus the report earlier).
The only time I have seen a line pre-FP tapstiles is when a group that doesn't have FPs is trying to enter the queue. And the CM has to explain they don't have one, etc....
Not defending the OP here but they said it was FEA, which has, at times, definitely had a FP line that extends way outside the first scan, especially if there has been any sort of ride stoppage or closure. We did FEA via FP a few weeks ago and the line started back by Akershus. Took forever!

"thrown out of line" seems to be a bit of an exaggeration, no?
Well, they probably did get in early. 5 minutes early. You tried for 10 minutes.“Please get out of line and come back at 3:55”
FEA has a long rope line almost to Askerhaus so I walked past everyone and waited.
I know the 5/15 rule. Another poster on this board was insisting that in all of their multitude of trips and dozen’s of FP+ they “always” got in early. I’ve never tried getting in after my time because I don’t trust what other people say “always” happens. It is a cautionary tale.

Just out of curiosity - did the 10 minutes make that big of a difference in your day or plans? I personally welcome when I get to the tapstile early, it means I can stop running for a few minutes and enjoy where I am.
Yeah we saw a lot of this too. We also saw a lot of this behaviour at lines to check in for our table service meals. Pretty much just people holding up the lines trying to argue their way in. Very frustrating. We just got back and I swear at every FP line we went to, there was a group holding up the process because they were trying to get in too early/too late and having lengthy discussions with the CM.
Not only was it mentioned but Craig states he always has been allowed to enter the FP line 10-15 minutes early!Your thread got a mention:

Other than a couple of rides where the FP line can get wonky, I otherwise agree with y’all.
