There is hope - my waitlist came actually came through

Background - heading back to WDw for my middle daughter's last spring break as a college student. 3rd Father-child one on one WDW trip. And in typical middle daughter fashion, she is getting the longest one!! Trip is March 14-20.

Could not get any studios for the entire time, in fact we ended up with 4 resorts in 6 nights. The good news is we had some great resorts. 2 nights at the Poly to start - the first time in almost 19 years. 1 night at BW, 2 nights at BLT, and one night a Copper Creek - I Love the WL so I was really excited for this. Given this, we made our plans around moving around and will have a car. As an absolute flyer, I threw out a wait list for Beach club for all six nights.

Friday night around 8:30 I got a call asking if I wanted to move. Hung up called my daughter and yes we want the Beach Club. So one of the hardest properties to get somehow came open 5 weeks before our trip, plus it costs less points to boot.

So yes wait lists can come through - even Beach Club Villas. We may make some changes to our plans now, but it will be great to enjoy the location and the pool.

Wow, this is great to see! I just bought at Poly, and while I'm thrilled to own there, it is one of the easier places to get at 7 months, while BCV is one of the hardest. It's great to see that waitlisting is not a lost cause, even for 6 nights. Enjoy the BCV, it is definitely one of the great resorts on property!
