OK, here is a theoretical question having to do with transfer of ticket media from old style to RFID. About 6 years ago, I purchased 6 day Tickets + WPF&M, No Expire option. I used 1 Theme Park day and that is it. I now have an PAP but have this old ticket burning a hoe in my pocket.
Obviously, all ticket media must now be converted to RFID, as this ticket will on its next use. Theoretically speaking, could this ticket be transferred to my brother in law for use, since a new RFID ticket is required and the old ticket is not linked to a name in any way... I know about the link via the finger scan but my AP rarely even recognizes me when I go in... If I link my old non expire pass under my brother in law's name via MDE and he goes with his ID in hand to get a new RFID ticket, will this 'transfer' work?
I'm not talking about the T&C or morality of transferring a 'non transferrable' ticket. I'm wondering if since the newly issue ticket will be RFID, if the finger scan at gate is a 'new' scan...
