Karen!!! I'm excited to read about your updated plans and the fact that the trip is looking like it's on! Sorry I've been MIA; I really wasn't trying to hijack your PTR for my own live TR! I got home and work hit full force, and then I ended up sick this last week! Whew! My sister's also sick now, too, and her cat is not doing well. She's hoping she won't have to put him down... he's a good cat, and my niece is attached to him! Anyway, I finally got time to say hi and say that the trip is still on! Keep those updates comin'!

Oh, MOVIE DAY? What's that????

I had totally forgotten that I took pics and needed to post them in here until I saw that Hope posted hers!

So, we attempted movie day yesterday. I say attempted b/c we didn't really do a ton except have a themed meal. We didn't walk, we didn't watch the movie...Hope and I were too happy to sit and chat and the girls were too busy playing to be bothered with movie day!

The themed meal was adorable though! Hope did everything this week, she made pick pocket pita pizza sandwiches (say that 3 times fast!) baked apple slices, and had a cute decoration up. I just brought some coloring pages! Here are the pics I got, the girls are so DONE with us taking pics, I'm afraid by the time we get to WDW they are going to be in full scowl mode and there won't be any good vacation pics! They will just have to learn to deal with having mothers that are photographers.

Hey Jenny!! I've been busy as well and busy taking pics more than planning Disney. I AM planning though, I fine tuned our trip itinerary and I think I really like it now. I also planned all the meals for Rey & my Anniversary trip in February 2011! 4 nights/3 1/2 days and I have us doing the DDXP with 8 TS meals(2 of them are signature)! We'll be rolling out of WDW by the end of the week!

I love that last picture of the girls, so cute! Your pictures are getting better already! I just got so excited for them...going to disney with a friend! That's so much fun! I don't think I really thought about it before!

Ok, since I KNOW you haven't read the itinerary, add Tusker and Park Fare into your budget, I'm going to find a way to scrape up the money to pay for these meals OOP. They will be the only OOP we need to pay for, but I think they are worth it! Or...you don't have to, you can just go off and do something else if you are opposed to the meals! I won't hold a gun to your head on this trip. Promise!

Meh...Park Fare is mostly for the experience with the step-sisters/step-mother. Savannah really loves them and it's the only character meal she was interested in. I've heard the strawberry soup is good. :lol

I LOVE Tusker House, but would skip it for money reasons if there were ANY OTHER SINGLE STINKING PLACE for a vegetarian child and vegan mother to eat....but there isn't. rant over.

I may change it still, I'm not totally happy with our last 2 days, BUT, since we are staying at BWI, I'm not sure I want to leave that area. Our time is limited and I don't want to spend it on buses. So, I've planned for the last 2 days for us to do DHS and Epcot and eat all around the world.

Hmmmm, well, I discussed it with Savannah (b/c the boys don't care as long as it's food! LOL) and she thinks that it's just not Disney without Rainforest Cafe. I think this is b/c on her first trip, this was the first place we went and she just associates it with Disney. She knows that they have them all over the country, but that doesn't matter to her. She said she would rather go to RFC than Park Fare b/c we can see the Step-sisters around lunchtime near Cosmic Ray on our MK day. So, I've changed my mind yet again! Besides...it will be a TON cheaper...even with my margarita's!

We liked Park Fare. I didn't think the food was bad at all. I found plenty that I liked.
