Agh I am so annoyed at these guys right now. We booked our theme park tix (14 day Disney Ultimate ticket + 2 for 7 day Universal/IOA) with them about a month ago as I spotted a lot of reccomendations of them on here (please don't assume I'm upset at the people who said they are good - just telling you all what's happening with us.) Within a few days we received a receipt saying that our tickets would be dispatched at least 14 days before we flew.

When it got to 9 days before (Wednesday) Scott called them to check they had been dispatched. The woman on the phone made it very clear that she was angry at him for calling. The tickets hadn't been dispatched and Scott said he got the distinct impression that if he hadn't called they would never have posted them. She told him that they would be posted special delivery the nest day (ie yesterday) and that I'd have to sign for them on Friday morning. Well guess what, post has been and no tickets. :confused3 We are now at the 7 day mark and beginning to get slightly worried. If they don't arrive tomorrow Scott's calling them again and demanding to know what's happening.

Sorry, just ranting about this and giving a quick warning as well!
 
Oh Queenie poor you. That's just want you don't need - extra hastle before your holiday. Funny thing I've been looking at tickets today and comparing all the deals and had picked themepark-tickets out of them all. Am in no hurry to book but will be very interested to know how you get on. Fingers crossed that they turn up tomorrow.

What I have done when ordering tickets from them, or any other company come to that, was to give my holiday dates as being a couple of weeks prior to our actual dates - that way they think their sending the tickets out 2 weeks before departure when actually its 4 !!
Wont help you on this occassion but something to consider in the future!!

Hope they arrive soon, have a lovely trip!!
 
I feel for you. Do you live far from them? If not I would say you want them sent by say a certian date otherwise you will be there collecting or you want an immediate refund so you have the money to take with you.

I booked with 365tickets.com. My tickets arrived on the Wednesday and we flew on the Saturday. That was a VERY stressful week!

I had to pester them for weeks as we weren't told the dispatch date when we booked. They were supposed to send them a week before we left, which I thought was too late anyway and it ended up being even later than that!

Most companies leave it as late as they can, because they only buy them after you've paid. That way they can buy in bulk and get better discounts.

Next time I'll give them an earlier date for my holiday so they arrive before they need to like the previous poster said. Just wish I'd known that when I booked this time. It would have saved me from a lot of stress!
 
Well they've called us this evening and said the tickets are on their way, due to arrive between 9am and 1pm tomorrow (luckily we've done the shopping tonight.)

Hope you get the tickets ok.I can't see why these companies leave the delivery of tickets till last minute, I use a company called mercury travel.We ordered the tickets in may and got them in 2 days we don't go until november.l
 
The tickets arrived at 8.59am this morning! They are fantastic, I love the new "Happiest Celebration on Earth" designs, we have a Cinderellabration and an Animal Kingdom design. The Universal tix are rather dull but nevermind.

I'm also very glad to say that our guest certificate arrived this morning from RCI which confirms our booking of the timeshare and that we're allowed to use it (it's owned by someone else.) That and the tix were the last things we needed so we've got everything now. Yay!
 
Yipee you got them. What a relief. Now all you need to do it go.
