Agh I am so annoyed at these guys right now. We booked our theme park tix (14 day Disney Ultimate ticket + 2 for 7 day Universal/IOA) with them about a month ago as I spotted a lot of reccomendations of them on here (please don't assume I'm upset at the people who said they are good - just telling you all what's happening with us.) Within a few days we received a receipt saying that our tickets would be dispatched at least 14 days before we flew.
When it got to 9 days before (Wednesday) Scott called them to check they had been dispatched. The woman on the phone made it very clear that she was angry at him for calling. The tickets hadn't been dispatched and Scott said he got the distinct impression that if he hadn't called they would never have posted them. She told him that they would be posted special delivery the nest day (ie yesterday) and that I'd have to sign for them on Friday morning. Well guess what, post has been and no tickets.
We are now at the 7 day mark and beginning to get slightly worried. If they don't arrive tomorrow Scott's calling them again and demanding to know what's happening.
Sorry, just ranting about this and giving a quick warning as well!
