I was just wondering, are there any other hotels with decent theme park views that aren't DLR onsite hotels? I really want a night at Paradise Pier when we go in January, but if there was something else with a good view then it might be worth it to check it out! Anyone have pictures of their theme park views? Pictures are always welcome. :goodvibes

I'm staying at Camelot in March. The website touts their "views of the Matterhorn", but I've seen the pictures online and it doesn't look much more spectacular to what I can see from the highway when driving through Anaheim ;)

Our room at Stovall's last summer (2nd floor, close to the lobby) had a FABULOUS view of Mickey's Fun Wheel! It was really something to see at night, when the color-changing lights are on. The best thing about it was that it was an unexpected surprise, and it didn;t cost extra for the view :wizard:

Thanks everyone! :thumbsup2 I will definitely check out those hotels... for a different time! Something amazing happened to me today. I sat DBF down to price search with me, and I showed him the hotel we're going to stay at, America's Best Value Inn and Suites. When I clicked on "Is this accurate?" on Google, it said "This address, phone number, map or business info is not accurate." :confused3 So we got a little bit worried, and started trying to find something else since it was too late to call the hotel for information. (Is CA and hour ahead or behind AZ? I forgot it was daylight savings already...) Just for reference, I showed him the price for Paradise Pier and ticket package. After the price came up, he said "That's all you have to pay? For hotel AND tickets?" Of course I look at him like "don't you even kid me about this..." And he said "Let's just stay there! It's closer and we know where it's at and that would make you really happy too right?" So I started tearing up (I know, I'm a baby!). And then we looked even more into it, and found a great deal from Costco. It is the same price as it would be on the DLR website, but you get a $20 gift card, character dining, lanyards and other items, and tickets to Toon Town Madness thingy.

So long story short, WE'RE STAYING AT THE PARADISE PIER!! :cloud9:
