Three of my family members are trying to get into a park on a day that is showing it is booked up. I keep checking on line to see if any availability opens up, but no luck so far. How does Disney go about freeing up space as others cancel their plans? Is it done in real time, as in the Jones family no longer needs that park, they switch to a different park, so the dates they have dropped show up right away? Or will that availability show up the next day?

I'm hoping this makes sense, as I'm having a hard time making it simple.

Also, any tips with booking a park day for a park that shows full will be appreciated! TIA!!

No one really knows how they release availability, the only thing to do is to keep checking as often as possible. It seems Disney is updating the calendar at the end of the week
