How busy does the theme park get in the summertime? because I’m planning to go to Orlando in the summer

Very busy. Rainy and being prepared for hot sticky heat and rain really helps. When everyone leaves the parks, stay and enjoy shorter ride lines. It really depends when in the summer and it seems that as of recently.. all parks are quite busy regardless of date time of day and season. Enjoy!

Well if your lucky many family's go back to the resort to avoid the hottest part of the day.

There are a number of topics on here that talk about Disney parks and how crowded they are. It seems that most of the time they are quite busy. A bigger issue in the summer is how HOT/HUMID it is in Florida. Walking MILES each day at various Disney parks is certainly not something I would care to do or recommend to others. It seems like almost every year, someone from the company where I work goes with their family to Disney for the first time in the Summer and returns saying they will never go there again at that time of year due to the climate.
