Theme Park Hours

Hi Disney Friends,


Would any of you nice folks know when the park hours for May will be released? Just trying to plan my itinerary and its tough not knowing how much time we have. I am kinda surprised they aren't released yet, May is less then 6 weeks away. Thanks.

I read on one of the many message boards I belong to, that they should be out by march 25. I am also waiting for the may hours.

They should be out fairly soon.....probably this or next week.

I would expect the worst. Probably a lot of 9-6's.

I sure hope there are not alot of 9-6's. But this is part of the reason why I switched to a better hotel. I was staying at BW LBV and switched to POR. This way if the parks do close early Im at a resort where there is other stuff to do for the rest of the night.

I would expect Epcot to stay open until the usual 9:00. MGM will probably be open until 8:30 or 9:00 because it has to be dark for Fantasmic. AK will probably be the usual 9 to 5. The only question is MK. I would expect MK to close at 6:00 or 7:00 on weekdays with non-grad night weekends longer. That was the schedule when we were in May last year and I worked around it by scheduling our Epcot & MGM time in the evening and the MK & AK in the mornings/afternoons. Plus you have Downtown Disney & PI for an evening. We never felt we had to go in too early on any night.

I hope they don't go back to having EPCOT open at 10:00 AM. They did that after 9/11 and it was terrible. But am preparing for the worse when it comes to hours. I think MK will be hit the hardest.
