Theme Day Suggestions

Soooo I'm off to WDW later in the year with one of my friends and we are both WDW addicts so have pretty much done everything there is to be done.

I'm therefore looking to bring something new to our holiday... like bringing a theme to each day.... e.g. can only drink margaritas on a particular day or maybe a day where we only take in street performances, shows, parades eg. cannot go on any "loading" rides

If you could pick a theme to a day what would it be?

I would do something along the lines of you can only do, see, eat or drink things starting with certain letters and different each day...

Haha - probably because Cinderfella is not with me!

Oooo that would be fun to do - we could pick the initials from our names although I fear with the food and wine festival on we will fail very quickly!

Resort hopping, only rides that take the picture at the end, outside or inside only rides, or rides involving water.

Obviously if it would be me it would just be DATW day but I'm trying to think a bit out the box for you

OK I want to do the Resort hopping but I want to do park time too and we've only got 5 full days. I'm starting to think do I really need to do Animal Kingdom... OK I know I don't need to do it but do I want to do it?!

It's the last blasted week of the F&W so you just know that that is going to be brutal with the lines and stuff - but I do have a day set aside just for 2 circuits of the F&W

I love AK and couldn't conceive a trip without it but I do find it hard to stick around long enough for the parade time (more due to heat than not having anything to do) - I usually hit it on the morning EMH and get out of dodge by or just after lunch but with F&W I'd consider making that my lunch instead. As long as I've seen my critters and FotLK then I'm happy!

I've been there for last week of F&W before, you're right, once you hit the weekend it's insane but weekday daytime was still totally fine, I tended to avoid it in the evenings so not sure about that.

We love AK too & go at least twice each visit, like you we go early & end up leaving after dinner as it's always much hotter there.
