Question is.. were they partially scattering the remains at Disney?

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Delta Airlines has launched an investigation into the possible theft of a North Carolina man's remains from checked baggage at Orlando International Airport.
Lee Pavao was visiting family recently and traveling with a small white box containing his son's ashes.
During his travel, Pavao said he is convinced that the only time anyone would have had a chance to open up a suitcase and then a briefcase inside where the remains were located was while he was waiting to board his plane at OIA, Local 6's Mike DeForest said.
"We've been taking a lot of time to go through and scatter my brother's ashes who died suddenly in all of the places he loved," family member Sara Sidders said
