Theatre ticket prices at DD

Does anyone know if ticket prices are cheaper in the afternoon than in the evening at movies at DD? Where I'm from, movies before 6PM are discounted. Just curious. Thanks.

Most (but not all) movies at the AMC Pleasure Island Theatres are $6.50 adult/$5.50 child for matinees. Evening showings are usually $8.50/$5.50.

You can check the prices for whatever movie you want by going to http://www.amctheatres.com/ and entering 32830 in the zip code box.

You can also order AMC movie passes from Connections for $4.50. I do this all the time for movies at home for National Amusement theaters. I will be trying the AMC passes from Connections at DD next month.

The AMC theater at DD used to have a discount for Disney resort guests. I haven't been to a movie there since 11/00 - but at that time, all the shows were one price, with one "twilight show" being discounted.
