This looks so awesome! I love it and DF loves it cause of all the characters..Guess it makes my question pointless cause DF thinks it would be lame without the characters. It perfectly fits my theme. Crossing my fingers Disney wont get rid of this option in the next year..I am wondering if we can do the ceremony in the courtyard right behind the theater before Ms. Potts comes out since we wont have a really involved ceremony or if this is strictly reception only location?

It would push everything awfully late if you did since whatever happens can't begin until at minimum 90 minutes after park close- but please make sure you do start a planning journal because I'm sure your event will be incredibly unique and I can't wait to hear all your plans!!

Late is going to work a little better than early since my DF is Puerto Rican so his family are stay up late kinda folks so they will love it.lol My family will complain a little,but in the end will love the experience too I think. Maybe we will all take naps lol I will definately be doing a planning journal and will keep everyone posted as the process ensues..I feel so empowered about making a choice and DF loves the idea too.

You might want to have a backup just in case...there is a rumor going around that this show will be discontinued in the midst of all the overharl/rehab (Carsland) at DHS....
Again, it's so far out and not official, but just in case, have something else in your back pocket.

IMHO.

Not trying to burst your bubble, just want you to know there is word out there and want you to be emotionally prepared just in case!

So DF and I were considering moving up our date to 2014 if we could get the venue in Theater of the Stars, however called DFTW this morning and confirmed that they are not booking anything in that venue past December of 2013. The could not confirm or deny any rumors beyond that other than to say that they are willing to have a Coordinator call me to discuss other options with DFTW that would incorporate my Beauty and the Beast Theme. So waiting on the coordinators call, but not sure I want to move my date that far ahead if we aren't going to get something spectacular for it..Here's to Hoping!

Maybe you could have a similar program with the same characters in a ballroom or some other venue.

Oh no! I am sorry to hear about your future site. I know what it's like to get your heart set on something and get disappointed. I wonder what they will be replacing it with?! Well…I feel like everything happens for a reason and there is definitely a lot of other great options out there for you and your fiancé that I am sure will be just as great, if not even better!!!
