Dylan is getting on my last nerve....

Victoria standing up and lying for her DAD....AGAIN....and protecting him shooting someone that Vicki cares a great deal about...Nikki did the right thing.

Why do summer and Kyle seem like they are 16 years old...oh wait...never mind...

So how long are the writers going to make us wait for everyone to realize that Jack is Jack and Marco was Marco????? Meanwhile Jack has himself in a pickle of a battle ahead of him....

I agree the Phyllis is hard to warm up to...because she is not a warm person...original Phyllis was warm, caring and a canivor (sp) ...she was always into something that she should not be...but she was very passionate...this Phyllis is like a dead fish

FRIDAY US SPOILER!!!

At Memorial
Jack wakes up and Phyllis asks who shot him and Jack points to Victor. Jack can’t talk. Phyllis goes for help. Victor says something to Jack in Spanish thinking he is Marco. Victor threatens Jack and tells him to keep his mouth shut and that the only person who knows he shot Jack is Gabe and he has made him CEO. Victor reaches for a pillow when Phyllis bursts in and tells him to get away from Jack. Victor says he was trying to help him. The doctor comes in and clears the room. Phyllis accuses Victor of wanting Jack dead. Vicky arrives and tells Phyllis to stop. Phyllis tells Vicky that Jack pointed his finger right at Victor when asked who shot him. She tells Vicky to stop protecting Victor before he takes her down with him. She goes back to Jack. The doctor tells Phyllis that Jack has slipped back into a coma. Phyllis calls Paul and tells him to arrest Victor because Jack pointed at Victor when asked who shot him. Paul says no one saw who shot Jack. Gabe arrives and says he saw who shot Jack.

Phyllis tells Jack she is going to make Victor pay for what he has done. You hear Jack’s thoughts.

At Chelsea’s
Marissa tells Gabe that Marco is at the bottom of the lake so half of Gabe’s troubles are behind him and the other half are standing in front of him. She tells him that she is Jack’s friend and that she helped Jack get home to the people he loves. Now she wants to make sure he lives. She accuses Gabe of partnering with Marco and that he helped set up the shooting. Gabe tells her Marco was blackmailing him. He asks her to leave before Chelsea sees her and they will talk again. Marissa Leaves. Chelsea comes down and Gabe says he has to go back to the office. He tells her he loves her, kisses her and leaves.

At AC
Cane and the kids arrive and Cane tells Lily they all need to go to the park for the fireworks. Lily agrees.

Devon and Hilary arrive and Mattie invites them to go to the park with them. Lily agrees. Cane says he never thought she would ever forgive them for cheating on Neil.


Noah arrives and asks Lily for a room for a friend. Noah bumps into Marisa and tells her he has a room for her and he has it covered. She protests. Noah asks her to let him help her. She agrees. Noah invites her to watch the fireworks.

Devon, Hilary, Lily and Cane are at the park and Lily says she can’t forget what they did but they all make mistakes and they need move on with their lives.

Chelsea and Connor arrive at the park and bump into Noah and Marisa. Marisa is overjoyed to meet Chelsea as she loves her designs. Gabe arrives and is shocked to see Marisa. Chelsea introduces them and Marisa says she is pleased to meet him. Marisa and Noah leave. Chelsea is watching the fireworks and notices Gabe is distracted. He and Marisa exchange glares.

At Jack’s
Abby and Ben arrive at Jack’s and Ashley tells them the police have a suspect in Jack’s shooting, Victor. Abby does not believe Victor did this and says she is going to prove it and leaves. Ben asks Ashley if she was trying to punish Abby because he is with her. Ashley denies it and tries to pour a glass of water when she has a dizzy spell. Ben tells her to focus on Jack. She agrees but her focus is on saving the company. She tells him to go to Abby and apologizes to him for being a jealous *****, but she is not that person. He chooses to stay.

At Victor’s
At Victor’s Vicky points out that Phyllis said Jack pointed at Victor when asked who shot him. Gabe comes into Victor’s office. He asks Vicky to leave and she tells him to go to hell and accuses Gabe of blackmailing Victor. Abby arrives and asks if Victor shot Jack. He denies it. Paul arrives and tells Victor he has a warrant for his arrest. Paul says Gabe gave him a statement. Victor says Gabe just wants full control of the company. Paul tells him that Gabe’s statement matches the forensic evidence.

AT GCPD
Victor and his lawyer are in Paul’s office prepared to give his statement. Victor asks that Vicky not be punished for withholding information. Paul promises.

Abby and Vicky are at the station and Abby claims that Gabe is framing Victor.

Victor admits he shot Jack in self-defence. He explains that Jack had been threatening him. He says Jack is not the Jack they all knew. Jack changed after the UG collapse. He says as Jack reached for a gun from his jacket pocket, Victor shot him. Paul says that Jack did not have a gun. Victor is escorted out in handcuffs. He assures Abby and Vicky all will be fine.

Paul goes to see Phyllis and tells her Victor confessed and has been arrested. He says Victor claims Jack reached for his gun and Victor shot him. Jack’s monitor goes off and Paul goes for help.

Day Ahead
- Sharon encounters Joe in the park and tells him to stay back or she will pepper spray him
- Neil tells Gabe he quits

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!

At the UG
Michael arrives at the UG to go over the evidence against Victor in the hope of getting him released. Abby accuses Gabe of lying. Vicky admits she lied to give Victor an alibi. Michael leaves. Vicky tells Nick that Victor really needs his support and asks him how many times Victor has come to his defense.

At GCPD
Nikki tells Victor that he lied about shooting Jack. He says it was self-defence. She tells him she has had enough of his lies. He asks her why she told Paul that he lied. She tells him she can’t do this anymore and leaves.

Michael comes to see Victor. Victor tells Michael where to find the gun. Michael leaves and Nick comes in. Nick asks how Victor could shoot Jack. Victor maintains self-defence and asks for Nick’s help. He says he wants to keep the business in the family. He wants Nick to work at company and keep his eye on things.

Victor’s Office
Gabe is in Victor’s office and says to Victor’s picture “I finally won dad”. Billy, Chelsea, Ashley and Neil arrive for a meeting and Gabe says there are going to be major changes. Ashley says he does not have the authority to make changes. Gabe disagrees and tells Neil he is taking over the CFO title but has another title for Neil. Neil sees this as a demotion, quits and leaves. Billy and Ashley say they are staying to make sure Gabe doesn’t run the company into the ground. Billy says he is not convinced Gabe is Jack’s son. Ashley confirms he is.

Vicky and Abby arrive. Gabe tells Vicky she will be working at Newman and appoints Abby as COO. Vicky tells Gabe that Abby is not qualified says he is asking Abby to take a job she doesn’t want. Abby says she wants it and leaves. Vicky tells Gabe not to get too comfortable behind that desk because he won’t be there for long. Everyone leaves. Chelsea stays.

Gabe tells Chelsea he is holding the company for Jack. He wants Chelsea to help Abby. Nick comes in and says that would be a big mistake and accuses Gabe of lying about Victor. Gabe assures him the forensic evidence backs up his statement. Gabe says Victor shot Jack and accuses Nick is defending Victor.

At the Park
Sharon bumps into Joe in the park. She tells him to stay back or he will get a face full of mace. Joe says he did not attack Avery. He says that he and Sharon are the Victims and Avery wants revenge on him and to get Dylan away from her. He says Avery is desperate. She has snapped crossing a line no one thought she could. He says Avery wants Dylan back and asks Sharon who Avery called every time she had a problem. He tells Sharon to talk to Dylan.

At CL
Paul comes to CL and tells Dylan that Joe told him that Dylan tied him up. Dylan says someone has to do something about this. Paul tells him Avery can’t identify her attacker and there are no witnesses and the test results do not tie Joe to Avery’s rape. Paul tells Dylan to stay out of it and let him do his job.

Avery arrives and Dylan tells her that the evidence is inconclusive against Joe. Avery says the police like to build their cases. Dylan says they just need one more piece of evidence and they will have him. She recounts the night of the rape. Dylan hugs her and Sharon comes in and sees them.

At the AC
Avery comes to see Lily. Lily thanks her for helping her pull it together after she slept with Joe. Avery tells her that she had to tell Paul about her and Joe. Lily is upset that Paul knows she cheated on Cane and asks how Avery could do that. Avery tells her she was raped. She tells her that she met Joe in the park to tell him to stay away from Lily and left. She says Joe followed her and raped her. Avery assures Lily that Paul will keep her secret.

Joe arrives and Lily says he disgusts her. Lily tells him that Paul knows they slept together. Joe promises not to tell Cane.

Ashley follows Abby to the AC and tries to convince Abby that she does not have experience in running a large corporation. Abby accuses Ashley seeing her as a joke and as the naked heiress but this is her chance to save her families and walks away.

Nikki, Neil
Neil comes to see Nikki to vent. He tells her he quit his job and that Gabe is now CEO and CFO. Neil realizes Nikki has been drinking. She pulls out a bottle and tells him she is relaxed. Nikki tells Neil Vicky lied for Victor, her sons are with women they should not be with and Victor shot Jack. Nikki takes another drink collapses. Neil calls 911. Nikki has stopped breathing and Neil tries to revive her.

Day Ahead
- Gabe tells Jack to back him up and Kyle comes in and says the hell he is
- Sharon shocks Avery saying cannot imagine a better father for her child
- Lily is about to confess to Cane

TUESDAY US SPOILER!!!

At the UG
Nick tells Sage that Vicky and Abby are behind Victor 100%. He asks if he shouldn’t be. Victor seemed very sincere saying it was self-defence and asks Sage if Gabe would lie to have Victor charged with murder so he could be CEO. Sage says Gabe is capable of it. Nick points out they did not find a gun and Sage tells him not to underestimate Gabe. Nick can’t always trust what Victor says because he has disappointed him too often. Nick tells Sage his history with Victor. Nick gets a call from Neil.

At Memorial
Gabe tells Jack he has the company and hopes Jack will back him up when he wakes up. Kyle comes in and says the hell he will. Kyle tells him to stop badgering Jack and tells Gabe to leave. Gabe says he understands that Kyle knew Jack was grooming him to take over the company but that was a long way off. He explains he took the company for Jack. Kyle says when Jack wakes up this will be out of Gabe’s hands. While they argue you can hear what Jack is thinking. Phyllis comes in and breaks them up. Kyle leaves and Gabe apologizes. Phyllis tells Gabe it would be best for him if Jack didn’t make it. She says with Jack out of the way he remains CEO. Gabe assures her he wants Jack to survive. She wants to know how he talked Victor into letting him become CEO.

Alone, Phyllis tells Jack she needs him and wants him to come back. She wants him to hear her when she tells him how much she loves her.

Nikki is in hospital and the doctor chastises her for drinking. She wants to go home but the doctor wants to keep her overnight and tells her to stay away from alcohol permanently. Nikki asks Neil not tell her family.

Nick arrives and says Neil told him she had an MS episode and collapsed. She tells him she needs to get a better handle on her life. She asks Nick to take Sage and Faith and wants him to go away permanently. Nick says this is his home and he is not going anywhere. She asks if he has seen Victor and he says he had and no one but Vicky believes him. Neil comes back with food for Nikki and Nick leaves. Nikki thanks Neil for not telling Nick she had been drinking.

Outside Nikki’s room Nick meets up with Sage and tells her Nikki made him see how important family is and he can’t turn his back on Victor.

Summer’s
Summer called Phyllis to her place saying she needed to take a from being with Jack. Phyllis says she wants Victor to rot for the rest of his days. She thanks Summer and goes back to be with Jack.

Kyle arrives and Kyle tells her not to give up hope. After a bit of fun bantering they make love.

At CL
Avery tells Dylan that it was Joe who raped her. Dylan hugs her when Sharon walks in and breaks them up. Sharon tells Avery she has been raped and it was the worst time of her life so she understands what Avery is going through. Sharon tells them she was raped before she married Nick. Sharon said she got help and reported it to Chris. Sharon tells Avery she got help and even counselled other so if Avery wants to talk about it she would be happy to listen. Avery says the hospital recommended someone and Sharon asked why she hasn’t made the appointment. Avery says she just wants the police to do their job. Avery apologizes for turning to Dylan and Sharon says Dylan is a good man and shocks Avery by saying she cannot imagine a better father for her child. Sharon says she thought Avery knew and confirms she is pregnant. Avery congratulates Dylan and Sharon and leaves.

Sharon tells Dylan that she bumped into Joe in the park and he says Avery is trying to set him up. Sharon can’t understand why Joe would follow Avery after they met in the park. She says Avery may be on a dangerous path. Sharon asks Dylan to keep his eye on Avery.

At the AC
Cane suggests a holiday in Tahiti. Lily says they can’t and says she doesn’t think he will want to go on a vacation because she has been unfaithful. She says she got drunk and wanted to get back at him. Cane says he can’t hold this against her and forgives her for kissing Joe. She says she slept with him. She thought Cane cheated on her with Lauren and she just reacted. Lily begs his forgiveness. Lily admits she was wrong. Cane wants to know how she could let Joe touch her. She asks him to forgive her and he says he will forgive her when hell freezes over. He tells her they are done, he doesn’t give a damn and walks out.

Avery calls Paul and asks why Paul has not arrested Joe and if he won’t do anything, she will.

Day Ahead
- Nick arrives in Gabe’s office and says he is reporting for duty at a company with his name on it
- Sharon goes to see Victor in jail
- Dylan tells Joe he will never hurt Avery again

WEDNESDAY US SPOILER!!!

At the Park
Nick brings Faith to the park to be with Sharon. Sharon asks why he is in a suit. He says he has to help Victor. Sharon points out how hard he tried get away from Victor and wishes he wouldn’t get sucked back in. He says he is going back tosquash Gabe and make sure he does not force his family out of the company. Sharon suggests that Nick should leave it to Vicky. Nick says he believes his dad and Gabe blackmailed Victor to get the company.

Later, Faith asks Sharon if it is true that Victor shot Jack and not everyone believes him. She says yes but Nick believes Victor and that Victor did it to protect his family. Faith wants to see Victor.

Victor’s Office
Chelsea comes tells Gabe people think he took over the company as revenge. Abby arrives. Gabe wants Chelsea to show Abby the ropes. Abby and Chelsea exchange a few barbs and agree to work together.

Nick arrives and says he is reporting for duty at a company that bears his name. He says he is the only person in the room who knows how to run a huge corporation. Gabe doesn't want Nick there but Abby says that as COO she can hire whomever she wants and asks Nick when he can start. Nick says he already has and wants to see all the acquisitions etc. Abby, Chelsea and Gabe leave.

When Vicky comes into Gabe’s office she is delighted that Nick is on board. They discuss their game plan. Gabe comes to the door and Nick sees him and goes into his act of butting heads with Vicky. Vicky leaves. Gabe asks if Nick and Vicky will be fighting. Nick says they will be every step of the way.

At CL
Avery meets with Chris who tells her it was unprofessional of Avery to call Paul and tell him she was going to take matters in her own hands. Avery says she knows it was Joe. Chris tells her she knows how she feels and tells her that she too was raped and the person was convicted. Chris promises that Joe will never do this to another woman again.


At the GCPD
Vicky is complaining to Victor about Gabe. He says Gabe may be underestimating Abby and that may be his undoing. Vicky says Victor is in jail because of Gabe. He says Gabe is arrogant and to give him enough rope to hang himself. He claims this will go to Gabe’s head and that is when she needs to move in and take over.

Joe arrives with David Sherman and tells Paul that he has filed a law suit against Dylan, Paul and the GCPD. Joe tells Paul he is unfit to lead the department and he is a dirty cop. Dylan says that Joe’s whole life he has been to go after Avery but Joe will never hurt Avery again. Paul tells Joe to get out and file whatever he pleases. Joe and David leave.

An officer comes in to take Victor back to his cell. Victor says he is concerned about Jack’s health and he realizes when you help people they help you in return. He asks the officer if he gets Victor’s drift. The officer smiles.

Chris tells Paul they need extra bodies on Avery’s case. Chris says Avery’s word is good enough for her. Paul points out all the differences between her rape and Avery’s. Paul says he does not believe Joe did this and assures her that he will find who did this. Paul questions why Joe would let Avery leave the park, then follow her and rape her in the alley. Chris says maybe he was trying to push Avery over the edge.

Sharon comes to see Victor in jail. Sharon says she didn’t think this was a good idea for Faith to come but knows Victor loves her. She says once this is all over she wants Faith to know that Sharon did this because it was the right thing to do.

Victor visits with Faith and assures her he did nothing wrong. Sharon returns and Victor thanks her for bringing Faith. Sharon mentions that Nikki is in hospital. Victor is shocked.

Dylan goes back to CL and tells Avery that there isn't enough evidence against Joe. He says that Joe has filed a law suit against him, Paul and the GCPD for wrongful arrest. He goes to the back room. Avery remembers Dylan has a gun and she takes it.

At the AC
Chelsea and Abby meet Mr. Rittinsky. He asks if they are interns. Abby suggests they discuss point to point distribution and he either makes a decision or they go elsewhere. Then she says she wants a ride in his big rig. He says he started his business by building his rigs one at a time. They hash out a deal which impresses him and he agrees to sign a contract. Abby wants to have him lower his costs. He barter and come to an agreement.

Joe and David Sherman are at the bar and Joe knows people are talking about him and his life will never be the same. Sherman says once the law suit is over Joe should leave town.

Day Ahead
- Noah asks Marisa if she knows Marco Anicelli
- Abby comes to Gabe’s office and asks if they are having a meeting without their COO
- Phyllis is holding Jack’s hand when he squeezes it and Phyllis asks if he can hear her

At the AC
Kyle arrives and tells Abby he knows which side of the family is more important to her. He asks how she could betray Jack. Chelsea says they are all on the same team. Kyle accuses Chelsea of backing Gabe since she is sleeping with him.

Victor’s Office
Billy sneaks up on Vicky who is listening to Gabe and Nick’s conversation. She tells Billy that Nick is back and the best way to defeat Gabe is to get him to lose focus and show him how dysfunctional they are.

Vicky and Billy enter the office. Vicky and Nick start arguing and Gabe leaves to see Jack. Vicky tells Nick she filled Billy in on their plan and thinks Abby should be included. Nick thinks that Abby may think they are undermining her.

Abby and Chelsea arrive saying Abby succeeded in getting the contract. Vicky, Billy and Nick tell her that she could have gotten 5% had she done her homework. Vicky asks how Abby got Rittinsky to agree, by using her womanly charms? Billy says Abby was good at picking out lipstick colors and being naked and now with no experience she is COO. Chelsea says this is insulting. Abby leaves. Nick says this has gone far enough and needs to stop. They need to give Abby a chance. Gabe comes in and Chelsea fills him in. Gabe tells them they will not get away with it and this company will be successful provided they put up a united front.

At UG
Summer comes to the UG and Noah introduces her to Marisa. They discuss Victor and then Summer says this is her first wedding anniversary. Noah tells her to stop dwelling on the past and blaming herself for Austin’s death. She is adamant that Victor shot Jack in self-defense. Marisa is listening. Summer leaves.

Noah tells Marisa that Austin and Courtney were killed by the same person. He tells her about the killings, Sharon’s arrest and Tobias’ death. He says the killer is still out there. He thinks it’s a guy on the FBI’s most wanted list. Noah asks Marisa if she knows Marco Anicelli and she says she only knows the name because her boyfriend travelled in the same circles. Noah asks her to call her boyfriend. She says he is gone. He asks Marisa if she knows where to find Marco he needs to get in touch with him. Marisa refuses to give Noah any information.

Abby is at the UG when Ben and Ashley come in. Ben tells Abby that he can practice at Memorial again. Abby accuses Ashley of thinking she is going to fail and that is the reason Gabe promoted her. Ben tells her he is thrilled about her promotion. He tries to kiss her but she turns a cheek.

At Memorial (Jack’s thoughts only)
Phyllis asks Jack to come back to her. He says “I hear you Red” and squeezes her hand. Phyllis asks him to do it again and he does. The doctor comes to check Jack and asks him to squeeze his hand but he does not. The doctor encourages her to keep talking to Jack and leaves. She tells Jack to answer her by squeezing her hand once for yes and twice for no. Does he only want her to know that he understands - yes - she is the only one he can trust. Did he called Nikki the night of the shooting - no. Did he take a gun with him that night - no. Gabe arrives and asks for a few moments alone with Jack. Phyllis waivers until Jack squeezes her hand - yes. She leaves.

Gabe asks if Jack remembers what happened that night. Jack says he heard Adam make a deal with Victor and he heard him and Marco plotting for Marco’s get away. He knows Adam is not innocent in all this. He knows Gabe is Victor’s son and asks if this is the way Gabe repays him for keeping his secret.

Ben accompanies Ashley for her MRI. Ben tells her that he is going to try and get reinstated at the hospital. Ashley is very happy for him. After her MRI Ashley and Ben come to see Jack. Ashley asks why Gabe is in with Jack. When Gabe comes out Ashley tells him off for promoting Abby above everyone else which he ignores. Gabe tells Phyllis he told Jack what he thought Jack should hear.

Phyllis is back with Jack and asks if Victor shot him in self-defense - no. Does he trust Gabe - no. She says she needs to tell the police - no.

At Summer’s
Kyle sees Summer is upset and realizes it’s her first year anniversary. She says that she is concerned that their families are going to come between them. Summer asks him if he had to choose between her and his family who would he choose? They declare their love for each other.

Day Ahead
- Sharon tells Dylan to stay away from Avery
- Avery tells Joe if Dylan wanted to kill him, he would be dead
- Neil tells Victor he will tell Nikki what a cheat and liar Victor is. Victor punches him

At the Park
Cane meets Lauren in the park and tells her Lily slept with Joe. Michael arrives and Cane accuses him of ruining his marriage. Cane tells Michael that Lily slept with someone. Michael says he was trying to end his marriage for Lauren’s sake. Cane asks Michael what sort of man he is and walks away. Lauren follows.

At the AC
Lily and bumps into Hilary and Devon. Hilary asks if she is alright. Devon says they are not in a position to judge anyone. Lily explains the reason she slept with Joe and he did not force himself on her. Lily is surprised that Hilary is so supportive after Lily was so judgmental about them.

Nikki is having coffee with Neil and gets a call from Victor. She asks Neil to answer it. Victor wants to talk to Nikki and Neil tells him Nikki does not want to talk to him. He tells Neil to come to the station.

Devon and Hilary see Neil and ask Neil to put aside his feeling for them and be there for Lily. Cane and Lauren arrive and Devon tells Cane how devastated Lily is. Cane accuses Lily of breaking his heart. Lily believes they can get through this. Cane is not interested. She asks if he is going to move out. He says no - she is.

At GCPD
An officer brings Victor what he asked for, his phone. Victor calls Nikki.

Neil comes to see Victor and tells him that he came to deliver a message from Nikki – freedom from Victor. Neil tells Victor he is going to protect Nikki. Victor says no one comes between him and his wife. He says that Nikki will never leave him. Neil tells Victor he will tell Nikki what a liar and cheater Victor is. Victor punches him.

Paul chastises Victor for punching Neil when Michael arrives and asks Victor what he was thinking. It is going to be hard enough to get him off from shooting Jack. Victor asks him to get him out as soon as possible. Nikki was in hospital and needs him.

Nikki asks Paul to let her see Victor. She says Victor needs to know why she is staying away from him. Nikki tells Victor she started drinking again because he shot Jack. She says Neil saved her life and she is lucky she wound up in the hospital and not the morgue. She says he has to let her go. Victor says by shooting Jack he was protecting his family. He says he was afraid Jack would hurt her that night. He says he can’t survive this without her.

Avery is being deposed by David Sherman in Paul’s office and Joe is present. Joe asks her to admit that Dylan threatened him. Avery says if Dylan wanted to kill him, he would be dead but admits that Joe was tied up. David leaves. Joe says she forced him to do this and he needs to clear his name. Avery tells him he will not get away with this.

David deposes Dylan in Paul’s office. Dylan asks David if Joe told him how he beat Avery during their marriage. Dylan tells David to work on Joe’s defense and leaves. Joe accuses Dylan of trying to turn things around on him.

Lauren arrives to talk to Michael. She accuses him of put everything in motion and admits she kissed Cane. She says she is going to visit with Fen. He tells her he tried to push her away and that he is not the man he used to be. He says he always suspected he would be nothing without her and he was right. He says he understands if she unable to forgive him.

Paul gets a call and asks someone to bring him in now. (No name was mentioned)

At CL
Sharon arrives and asks if there is any news from Avery. Sharon is concerned about Dylan meeting up with Joe and he assures her he will not be near him.

Avery arrives and tells Dylan how the deposition went. Avery does not understand how the police were right there and did not arrest Joe. She says he is going to get away with this and she can’t let that happen. Dylan leaves to be deposed. Sharon arrives and accuses Avery of sending Dylan to a deposition without any coaching. Avery asks why Sharon is concerned. Sharon tells her Dylan needs Avery in his life but warns her to stop dragging Dylan into her mess. Avery says Joe will not be the one to get hurt.

Dylan returns and Sharon tells Dylan to stay away from Avery. Sharon says she knows the signs and the look. Avery is not in a good place and is heading for trouble. She is worried that Dylan will react. Dylan says that she can take his lock box and keep it safe to make sure he doesn’t do anything. When he opens the lock box he sees the gun is gone.
