Oh my word. That's been done twice that I can remember (Sheila stealing Lauren's baby and Adam stealing Faith). There are probably more that I just can't remember at the moment.

No! That's ridiculous! Why do the writers hate Sharon so much? Sheesh. I think it should be the other way around. Sage should miscarry and steal the baby.

THURSDAY US SPOILER!!!
Cane, Lily
Cane and Lily go to the bar and Cane tells her he loves her. Joe arrives and wishes them a good evening. Cane tells Lily he did not sleep with Lauren. Lily tells him she knows how much he loves her and the kids. Cane wants to go to one of the suites.
In the suite Lily has flashback of her and Joe and can’t commit to Cane. She says she can’t do this and Cane says he understands. Lily wants to get back to where they were. Cane says he noticed she tensed up when Joe came to the bar. She says she wishes she never opened up to Joe and Cane says he is just as guilty.
Avery, Joe
Joe gets a call from Avery who says she is sick of this war between them and wants to stop it before it goes too far. She wants to meet him in the park. Avery and Joe meet. She says she wanted to look in his eyes and telling him how disgusting he was for sleeping with Lily. She accuses him of having no morals. She asks him why he is still in town. He wants to know what why this is so important to her and asks if she wants him to sleep with her. Joe accuses her of cheated on him and to stop paying the victim. She accuses him of being a small man with a big ego. She tries to leave but Joe grabs her. She breaks away. He points out she violated the restraining order and says all he ever wanted was to be with her. He accuses her of pushing him off the balcony but she followed him to Chicago. She says she thought she was doing the right thing. He accuses her of knowing he was faking. She accuses him of believing his own lies. His says his only problem is loving her and walks away. After he leaves she hears a noise and leaves the park.
Outside her building a masked man grabs her from behind and abducts her.
Gabe, Marco
After making up a fake scenario, and asks Marco about Skye and Stephanie, Gabe asks Marco who the hell he is. He wants to know where Jack is. Marco tells him Jack is dead.
Marisa arrives at the AC and sees Marco and hides.
Marco tells him that Jack’s death was an unfortunate accident and he had nothing to do with it. Gabe asks how long he has been impersonating Jack. Marco says since the UG collapse. Gabe admits that he and Jack were very close and yet Marco fooled him. Gabe wants to know who coached him.
Marco identifies himself as Marco Anicelli and has passed himself off as Jack - fooling everyone. Marco warns Gabe that if he discloses who Marco is then Marco will disclose Gabe’s identify starting with Chelsea. He asks Gabe to help him fake his own death and have Victor blamed for it.
Marisa checks into a room and sends a text to Jack.
Marco says Gabe is going to help him frame Victor and in the end Gabe wins with Victor out of the way. Gabe agrees to help him.
At the lab Marco gives Gabe a bullet proof vest. He says he is going to goad Victor into shooting him by threatening his family. Marco says Victor told him he would kill him if any member of his family was threatened. Marco says this is the end game.
Marisa is hiding in the office and overhears the conversation. Marco says Victor will never see this coming.
Phyllis, Jack, Summer, Marisa
Jack sneaks into his house and goes upstairs. After he has cleaned up he comes downstairs and Phyllis asks why he is home. He says he just wants to look at her. They hug. Phyllis says it’s strange but she feels everything is going to be okay and he feels very familiar. He tells her he is back. Summer arrives with an attitude accusing Jack of setting Victor up. She says Victor thinks Jack is going to harm him. Jack says he is not that man. Phyllis asks what Jack means. He gets a text from Marisa telling him what Marco is at the AC. Jack says he has to get a couple of details and will be back.
Phyllis tells Summer she has wondered whether her whole marriage was a lie until he held her. She says it was more a connection and the way he looked at her is something he hasn’t done in a long time.
Jack comes to see Marisa and says he saw Phyllis and Summer and they seemed to be afraid of him. Marisa says Marco was sitting with Gabe. Jack says they need to find out what Marco’s plan is. Jack wants to know what Marco has planned and asks if he can trust her. She says he can. Jack wants her to go to Jabot and get as much information as she can. He gives her the layout of Jabot and his password for emails.
Still in Marisa’s room Jack recalls his wedding day.
Day Ahead
- Marco points a gun at Gabe and says if he is not with him Gabe is another loose end he has to deal with
- Victor tells Nikki the guard is there to keep her safe and Nikki wants to know what they are being protected from

ohhhh I have a headache..AGAIN.....so seriously...sharon would never do this after she had faith stollen from her by Adam...I thought they were planning on making her stong again...not this little woman that need to be taken care of and has turned so wimpy when she is around Dylan...and look what they have done to Avery...talk about an instant turn around....and look at Michael...I say we all get in there and stat writing...we can make this show rock again

ITA with your comments about Sharon and Sage. You would make a much better writer for them than their current staff!!

I will be DONE with this show if they go with that Sharon/Sage storyline. I like her with Dylan and would like to see them happy for awhile. The writers move people around too much! It's like they can't come up with any good story lines so they just swap partners All The Time!

FRIDAY US SPOILER
Victor, Nikki
Victor bumps into Nikki at the AC and Nikki wants to know what she is being protected from. He says there were credible threats and he is keeping his family safe. He is blaming Jack for all of this. Victor says he will protect everyone at all costs. Marco calls Nikki and asks her to meet him in the park. Victor warns Nikki not to go to the park. She says fine he can go and leaves.
At Sharon’s
Sharon and Dylan have invited a few guests to make an announcement. Sharon tells everyone they are pregnant. Paul is excited since this will be his first grandchild. Nikki congratulates them both. Sharon assures everyone she has seen her doctor and has been advised to stay on her meds.
Paul gets a call about Avery. Paul and Dylan leave.
Alone with Nikki Sharon assumes Nikki wishes Dylan was with someone other than her. Nikki says she came there with good intentions to give them a fresh start but she sees Sharon is still the same opportunist she always was. Nikki accuses her of trapping Dylan. Sharon says Dylan wants to be with her. Noah defends Sharon. Sharon says if Nikki can’t be happy for them then she needs to leave. Nikki thanks her and leaves. Sharon tells Mariah she can leave as well and her why she would side with Nikki. Mariah says she does not want to see Sharon become someone’s doormat. Noah defends Sharon. Noah and Mariah tell her they will be there for the little one.
Avery, Joe
Joe comes back to his suite upset and recalls his conversation with Avery in the park. He pours himself a drink. He recalls grabbing Avery and slapping her when they were married.
In the meantime Avery is in hospital looking beaten up being examined for rape. The nurse asks Avery if there is anything she would like to be included in her report. Avery says it was Joe who raped her. The nurse suggests Avery tell the police it was Joe Clarke.
Paul and Dylan arrive at the hospital and Paul goes in to see Avery who tells him she met Joe in the park and confronted him about sleeping with Lily. She described how things happened. She says she knows it was Joe because she recognized the cologne. Paul assures her Joe will not get away with this.
Paul tells Dylan he can go to see her. Dylan says he knows what happened. Dylan blames himself for what happened to her.
Paul is at Avery’s when Joe arrives. Paul reminds him of the restraining order. Paul tells Joe Avery has been raped. Paul won’t tell Joe Avery’s location. Paul tells him not to leave town.
Dylan goes to Joe’s suite.
Jack, Marisa
Jack is in Marisa’s suite waiting for her. When she arrives she tells him that she saw Marco and Gabe and that something is happening tonight in the park. Someone is not coming out alive. She tells him that that Marco is meeting Victor in the park and Victor will never see what’s coming. Jack says Summer told him that Marco set up Victor or some crime, and wants to know if Marco wants Jabot. She says it’s not Jabot anymore, it’s now Newman Abbott. Jack is really upset and wonders how Marco got his brother and sister to agree to the merger. Jack is furious and says he doesn’t care how dangerous Marco is, he is going to the park. Marisa tries to stop him but Jack says he has to warn Victor. He says he has to step in and stop this.
Marisa comes downstairs and bumps into Victor. He asks if he know her and she says no but she has crucial information for him. He ignores her and leaves.
Marisa calls Paul and tells him to send all his officers to Chancellor Park.
Gabe, Marco, Victor
Gabe tells Marco there are a lot of holes in his plans. Marco points a gun at Gabe and says if he is not with him Gabe is another loose end he has to deal with. Marco throws a fake gun at Gabe. Marco explains how his plan will work. Gabe says it sounds crazy enough to work. Marco calls Nikki asking her to meet him at the park. Gabe tells him that Victor is keeping close tabs on Nikki and will not let her near the park. Marco says but Victor will be there with vengeance and fury on behalf of his family and just raring to shoot somebody.
Marco gets a call from Victor warning him to stay away from his family. Marco tells him to show up at the park instead of his wife.
Gabe and Marco arrive at the park and Marco assures Gabe the security camera has been taken care of. Marco tells Gabe to hide. Marco asks if Gabe has a soft spot for Victor. Gabe says he wants Victor to know who brought him to his knees.
Victor arrives at the park and Marco comes out to greet him. Victor shoots Marco. Gabe comes out and asks him what he has done.
Day Ahead
- Gabe tells Victor he will clean up Victor’s mess as long as Victor gives him Newman-Abbott
- Avery tells Phyllis she wants Joe to feel the shame she is feeling now and wants him dead
- Dylan tells Joe ‘admit what you did you sick son of a *****’

MONDAY US SPOILER!!!
At the Park
Victor comes to the park and tells Marco he made a mistake going after Victor’s family. Marco reaches for something in his jacket and Victor pulls out a gun and shoots him. Gabe come out and tells Victor Fack is dead. Gabe says Fack told people that Victor was after him. He accuses Victor of killing his father. Gabe says he will take care of this for a price and assures Victor this will not lead back to him. Gabe says he will clean up Victor’s mess but Victor gives him the company. Victor agrees and leaves.
Gabe tells Marco to get out of there but Marco does not move. Marco arrives and Gabe says that Victor shot Jack. Marco finds a pulse. Marco tells him to stick with the plan and it will still work and leaves. Paul and the police arrive.
The Lab
Billy, Kyle and Ashley are at the lab at Jack’s request. Summer arrives and says she sent the text and this war has to end tonight. She says they have to go to the authorities. Ashley disagrees. Kyle says he is going to the police and tell Paul everything. Billy asks him what happens next, Paul gives him a lollipop and sends him on his way? Ashley gets a call from Gabe about Jack being shot.
At the AC
Nikki meets Vicky and tells her Sharon is pregnant. She says that Jack called asking her to meet him in the park but Victor went instead. She is worried this is not going to end well. Victor arrives and Nikki asks him if he saw Jack. Victor says they just talked business.
Vicky gets a call from Billy saying Jack has been shot. He is alive and in surgery.
Memorial
Phyllis comes to see Avery. Avery says Joe made her a victim and raped her. She wants Joe to feel the shame she is feeling now and she wants him dead. Avery says there is not enough evidence to arrest Joe. She thanks Phyllis for coming and says she just wants to get home and leaves.
Jack is brought in on a stretcher and Phyllis sees him. Gabe tells her that someone shot Jack and he found him.
Billy, Ashley, Summer and Kyle arrive at the hospital and Billy accuses Gabe of shooting Jack. Phyllis says she is going to get information and leaves. Gabe says Phyllis is on the edge and someone should be with her. Summer asks if Phyllis is going to ruin his plan. Gabe says Jack has done more for him than she knows. He asks her who stands to gain if Jack doesn’t make it. Nikki arrives and Ashley accuses Victor of being involved in this.
The doctor says Jack lost a lot of blood and has slipped into a coma. Kyle says he will wake up. He has done it before and will do it again.
Dylan, Joe
Dylan comes to see Joe, punches him twice and knocks him out. Dylan has Joe tied up and asks if he feels as helpless as Avery did when he raped her. Joe denies raping Avery.
Dylan demands Joe to admit what he did. Joe is trying to goad Dylan into a PTSD episode. Avery arrives wanting to confront Joe. Joe and he denies raping her. She tells Dylan to let Joe go, it’s over. Joe threatens them for violating their restraining orders. Avery says he also violated his order so no one is going to say anything. She and Dylan leave.
Outside Joe’s room Dylan asks why she came. She says she wanted him to leave town so she would never have to see him again.
Marisa, Marco
Marco comes to Marisa’s room and tries to kiss her. She accuses him of trying to kill her. He says that Jack has been shot and Victor pulled the trigger. He makes arrangements to go to the Caribbean and says she is coming with him. He says he has a pile of money in an off-shore account. She says she has to know if Jack is alright and pulls a gun on him. He smiles.
Vicky, Victor
Vicky comes to Victor’s office and says that Fack framed him for embezzlement and now he has been shot. Victor says Jack came to the park with the intention of cold blooded murder. Victor says that Fack threatened him and it was self-defence. Gabe said he would vouch for him if Victor gave him the company. Vicky says that’s blackmail.
Phyllis storms in and accuses Victor of getting everything he wanted over Jack’s dead body.
Phyllis asks Victor why he brought her out of her coma and why he saved Jack’s life giving them their lives back only to take it away and make her a widow. Victor says Fack went too far with the embezzlement nonsense. Fack knew Victor would protect himself and his family but not with a gun. Phyllis tells him to deny it to her face choosing his words carefully. Victor tells her not to go too far because she does not want her to make a big mistake tonight. Phyllis asks Vicky if she is going to protect her father knowing Jack’s blood is on his hands.
Day Ahead
- Neil tells Nikki she is going to tell Paul exactly what she knows
- Kevin is showing a video to Dylan and Noah of Jack on the computer
- Marco tells Marisa to pull the trigger because he is never going to turn himself in

Gabe says he will take care of this for a price and assures Victor this will not lead back to him. Gabe says he will clean up Victor’s mess but Victor gives him the company. Victor agrees and leaves.
Gabe tells Marco to get out of there but Marco does not move. Marco arrives and Gabe says that Victor shot Jack. Marco finds a pulse. Marco tells him to stick with the plan and it will still work and leaves. Paul and the police arrive.
The Lab
Billy, Kyle and Ashley are at the lab at Jack’s request. Summer arrives and says she sent the text and this war has to end tonight. She says they have to go to the authorities. Ashley disagrees. Kyle says he is going to the police and tell Paul everything. Billy asks him what happens next, Paul gives him a lollipop and sends him on his way? Ashley gets a call from Gabe about Jack being shot.
At the AC
Nikki meets Vicky and tells her Sharon is pregnant. She says that Jack called asking her to meet him in the park but Victor went instead. She is worried this is not going to end well. Victor arrives and Nikki asks him if he saw Jack. Victor says they just talked business.
Vicky gets a call from Billy saying Jack has been shot. He is alive and in surgery.
Memorial
Phyllis comes to see Avery. Avery says Joe made her a victim and raped her. She wants Joe to feel the shame she is feeling now and she wants him dead. Avery says there is not enough evidence to arrest Joe. She thanks Phyllis for coming and says she just wants to get home and leaves.
Jack is brought in on a stretcher and Phyllis sees him. Gabe tells her that someone shot Jack and he found him.
Billy, Ashley, Summer and Kyle arrive at the hospital and Billy accuses Gabe of shooting Jack. Phyllis says she is going to get information and leaves. Gabe says Phyllis is on the edge and someone should be with her. Summer asks if Phyllis is going to ruin his plan. Gabe says Jack has done more for him than she knows. He asks her who stands to gain if Jack doesn’t make it. Nikki arrives and Ashley accuses Victor of being involved in this.
The doctor says Jack lost a lot of blood and has slipped into a coma. Kyle says he will wake up. He has done it before and will do it again.
Dylan, Joe
Dylan comes to see Joe, punches him twice and knocks him out. Dylan has Joe tied up and asks if he feels as helpless as Avery did when he raped her. Joe denies raping Avery.
Dylan demands Joe to admit what he did. Joe is trying to goad Dylan into a PTSD episode. Avery arrives wanting to confront Joe. Joe and he denies raping her. She tells Dylan to let Joe go, it’s over. Joe threatens them for violating their restraining orders. Avery says he also violated his order so no one is going to say anything. She and Dylan leave.
Outside Joe’s room Dylan asks why she came. She says she wanted him to leave town so she would never have to see him again.
Marisa, Marco
Marco comes to Marisa’s room and tries to kiss her. She accuses him of trying to kill her. He says that Jack has been shot and Victor pulled the trigger. He makes arrangements to go to the Caribbean and says she is coming with him. He says he has a pile of money in an off-shore account. She says she has to know if Jack is alright and pulls a gun on him. He smiles.
Vicky, Victor
Vicky comes to Victor’s office and says that Fack framed him for embezzlement and now he has been shot. Victor says Jack came to the park with the intention of cold blooded murder. Victor says that Fack threatened him and it was self-defence. Gabe said he would vouch for him if Victor gave him the company. Vicky says that’s blackmail.
Phyllis storms in and accuses Victor of getting everything he wanted over Jack’s dead body.
Phyllis asks Victor why he brought her out of her coma and why he saved Jack’s life giving them their lives back only to take it away and make her a widow. Victor says Fack went too far with the embezzlement nonsense. Fack knew Victor would protect himself and his family but not with a gun. Phyllis tells him to deny it to her face choosing his words carefully. Victor tells her not to go too far because she does not want her to make a big mistake tonight. Phyllis asks Vicky if she is going to protect her father knowing Jack’s blood is on his hands.

Ok so Fridays shooting...
He didn't get 1 word out and BANG! I started laughing and so did my DH who does not really watch the show...he said..what the heck kind of shooting was that 
I was hoping for a showdown...Maybe he new he would have a bullet proof vest because Marisa told him what was up......and if JACK Adam is behind it as well..or JACK had a BP vest on as well...hard to tell because both just so happened to be wearing the same thing down to the tie ...go figure 
AS for the rape...I think the writers will do an injustice to those out there that have never come forward with rape and also watch the show....however this show is always on the male side of things so maybe they are going with how woman can state rape with whom they want it to be instead of who it really is...and of course Dylan to the rescue AGAIN...UGH
And what is up with her going to see Joe over and over again

Victor’s Office
Phyllis wants Vicky to tor her if Victor shot Jack. Vicky says she has no idea who shot Jack. Phyllis says she is truly her father’s daughter and leaves. Vicky wants to know why she just lied for him and what she is protecting him from. She tries to convince him to go to Paul and Victor refuses. She says she needs to know everything.
Gabe arrives and gives Vicky and Victor an update on Jack. Vicky leaves. Gabe tells Victor that Nikki is about to sell him down the river. Nikki told Jack she knew Victor was at the park. Victor says it would be speculation.
Victor says that Gabe running the company is now a non-issue since he shot Jack in self-defence because Jack was reaching for a gun. Gabe tells him there was no gun. Victor tells to leave.
At Memorial
Billy keeps questioning Gabe about the shooting. Ashley stops them up and asks what Jack was doing in the park.
Paul asks the nurse to contact him as soon as Jack is conscious. As Paul leaves Jack’s room he bumps into Nikki and tells her he will find out who did this and leaves. Nikki calls Neil and tells him she needs to see him.
Nikki goes in to see Jack. She says no one knows Victor was in the park. She tells him he has to recover because she can’t lose her friend and her husband can’t be his murderer.
Phyllis returns and she is told that that Jack is in a coma. She sees Nikki come out of Jack’s room and wants to know why Victor shot Jack. Phyllis accuses Nikki of covering for Victor and accepting whatever Victor did and asks if Nikki has anything to say. Vicky arrives. Nikki says that the police will find who has done this.
Nikki and Neil are in the waiting room and Nikki tells Neil Victor shot Jack. She explains to Neil the scenario after she got the call from Jack. Neil tells her to tell Paul everything she knows. Nikki asks what this will do to Victor and he is her husband. She knows it’s the right thing to do but how does she betray the love of her life.
Victor arrives and Billy asks him if he is there to finish the job. Summer is defends Victor. Ashley apologizes to Victor saying it was a computer glitch and Gabe backs her up. Ashley says they can drop the charges against Victor. Paul still wants to question Victor and asks where he was tonight. He says he and Vicky had dinner and then went to his office.
Nikki overhears this and tells Neil she knows exactly what she has to do.
Victor is about to leave when Nikki tells Paul Jack wanted to meet her in the park but Victor went to meet Jack instead. Victor hears this.
Phyllis is in with Jack and tells him to come back to her and keep his promise. The nurse brings Jack’s effects to her and Phyllis notices his wedding ring is gone.
Kyle tells Summer that Jack has not been the same since the building collapse.
Marisa, Marco
Marisa has a gun pointed at Marco and threatens to tell the authorities what he has done. Marco tells her to shoot him because he is never going to turn himself in. She says she can’t believe what he has put Jack through. Marco says he only did what the man who hired him asked him to do.
Marco tells her to get ready they are leaving. Marisa wants to check on Jack. He says he is happy to leave because these people are scum will stab you in the back. Later in the car Marco confirms he switched with Jack on his wedding night. Marisa asks how Phyllis did not notice he was a fake and he says that is how good he is. Marisa notices they are not going to the airport and says he is taking her somewhere to kill her. She tells him killing her will not hide the truth because Jack knows the truth. Marco says Jack won’t live to tell the truth. She grabs the wheel and runs their car off the road.
Crimson Lights
Sharon is at CL and after reading about taking medication during pregnancy she throws her pills into the garbage. Noah and Dylan arrive and Dylan tells them that Jack has been shot. Mariah arrives and Noah tells her about Jack.
Kevin comes in and says Jack shooting could be linked to Austin and Courtney’s murder.
Dylan tells Sharon Avery was raped and Avery thinks Joe did it.
An officer is checking the computer in the hope of seeing video of Jack etc. while Dylan, Noah and Mariah watch. Sharon says she heard a loud pop and gives them the approximate time. While checking the time frame the computer freezes. Kevin takes over. They see Jack 9 minutes before the gun shot. They see Jack walking by again 4 minutes later. They are trying to figure out why they see Jack twice within 4 minutes.
Day Ahead
- Marisa arrives at the UG all wet and collapses into Noah’s arms
- Billy tells Vicky he set up Victor for embezzlement
- Jack wakes up and says Gabe has been lying about who he is and tells everyone he is Adam Newman and Chelsea is stunned

Chelsea’s
Gabe tells Chelsea there has been a change with the embezzlement plan and that no funds have been exchanged and Victor is accused of shooting Jack. Gabe says he does not see Victor as a murderer. Chelsea goes to make tea and Gabe creates a scenario about Jack.
Jack wakes up. Paul asks if he can remember what happened. Jack says Victor shot him and Gabe was there too as he was part of the plan. Jack says Gabe has been lying about who he is and tells everyone. He is Adam Newman and Chelsea is stunned.
He comes back to reality when Chelsea comes back.
At Memorial
Phyllis is with Jack. She says he has to come back to her and he will tell everyone what Victor has done to him.
Outside Jack’s room Nikki tells Paul that Victor was in the park. Phyllis goes ballistic and says she knew Victor did it as he has been threatening Jack. Victor says she has gone too far and asks if he would be there if he shot Jack. Phyllis asks Paul to arrest Victor.
Later Vicky and Billy arrive and Phyllis says that Victor was in the park. Billy says he knew Vicky lied. Phyllis and Billy go in to see Jack. Vicky is furious with Nikki and asks her how she could throw Victor under the bus. Nikki tells Vicky she is not going to compromise her integrity and encourages her to go and talk to Paul. Vicky gets a call from Paul saying they have a warrant to search Victor’s house and office. Vicky leaves.
Phyllis tells Billy she thought this merger was bizarre. She felt Jack was not the same like not recalling some of the things they shared. She says Jack was different today. When he looked at her his face lit up and even Summer saw the change. She says he wore is ring this morning and now it’s missing. She feels something is wrong.
The doctor arrives and asks if Jack has a living will. Phyllis says she is living proof of coming out of a coma. The doctor says they have to make sure they follow Jack’s wishes.
Chelsea arrives and Billy says Victor shot Jack and that Vicky lied to him. He says he should have listened to Ashley from the beginning.
Chelsea and Billy enter Jack’s room and Phyllis confirms that Victor shot Jack. Chelsea says Victor is Connor’s grandfather but she would never protect someone who did this.
At UG
Noah finds Marisa at the UG and she collapses into his arms. Noah gives her coffee. Marisa tries to tell him what happened but gets dizzy. She makes up a story about being with a boyfriend and they had too much to drink and fought. Noah offers her the couch in the office. Noah tries to convince her to call her boyfriend and she tells him she never wants to see him again because he is a jerk.
At CL
Billy tells Vicky that Jack will survive what Victor did him. Vicky defends Victor. Billy asks her to stop lying. Billy tells her Victor does not deserve her loyalty. Billy admits he set Victor up for embezzlement. He says they got the money back and called it a computer glitch. Billy asks her what will happen to the kids if the police come and accuse her of being an accessory. Vicky still defends Victor.
At GCPD
Victor and his lawyer are with Paul. Paul questions Victor. Victor admits to meeting Jack in the park and discussing business. Paul asks if Victor took a gun to the park. Victor asks why he would want to kill Jack. He claims there is no motive. Paul tells him he got a call telling them there was going to be a shooting in the park and when they find that person they will have their answers.
Paul goes to Victor’s office with Nikki and Vicky to search the office. Paul takes Victor’s computer and asks Vicky to open the safe. Paul finds a gun and takes it with him. Paul accuses Vicky of misleading him about Victor’s alibi. Vicky apologizes to Paul and says she didn’t want Victor accused of something he didn’t do. Paul leaves. Vicky tells Nikki to go ahead and say it. Nikki says Victor may be proud of her but she is not and leaves.
In the Park
Gabe meets Victor in the park. Gabe says Victor made a bad decision when he shot Jack. He should have listened to what Jack had to say. Victor says Gabe used that moment to take advantage of the situation. Victor asks if Gabe is going to honor their deal. Gabe says it’s in victor’s power to appoint him as temporary CEO. Victor says he honors his commitments and Gabe better live by the same standards and leaves. Gabe gets a call for Adam. Marisa tells him she knows the truth and that Marco will not be a problem anymore. She says she can be his greatest ally or his worst enemy. They agree to meet.
Day Ahead
- Nick tells Victor he walked away from the family business now he is walking away from him
- Kevin tells Mariah that what happened to Jack and their friends is tied together
- Ashley tells Phyllis that Jack agreed to a DNA test and it should be back any day

I really don't care for the "new" (not really since she's been on for quite a while now) Phyllis one bit. This new one seems so stiff, so cold, so unappealing. I miss the old Phyllis. I have to agree with others about the "new" Adam though. He's doing a great job in the role.

At Memorial
Gabe tells Jack about a woman who called him and wonders why he would tell her who he is. He says there are things he needs to know like Victor doing this to him. Gabe says he is going to make Victor pay.
Outside Jack’s room Ashley tells Phyllis there are too many coincidences. Phyllis wonders if Gabe and Victor are in this together. Ashley tells Phyllis that Jack agreed to a DNA test and the results should be back any day.
Sage arrives and tells them not to judge Gabe and that he wants Victor to pay for shooting his father. Gabe comes out. Ashley gets a text to go to a meeting at Victor’s office. Gabe says he also got the message. Chelsea calls Gabe and to confirm the meeting and Gabe tells her he will be by her side.
Alone with Gabe, Sage says she didn’t think it was possible but Gabe is now in a worse position than he was before. He assures her no one will know he is Adam and it’s all under control. He leaves.
Phyllis tells Jack she loves him but she does not trust Gabe. She thinks he is lying and he has something to do with the shooting.
Paul arrives and tells Phyllis that the gun used in the shooting was not Victor’s. Paul tells Phyllis that he thinks Victor is involved and will find who did this to Jack.
Victor’s Office
Nick comes to see Victor and asks if he shot Jack. Victor gives a non-answer and Nick says maybe Jack pushed him too far and he pushed back. Nick says Jack is in a coma and he knows Victor had a hand in it. Nick says he walked away from the family business now he is walking away from Victor and leaves.
Ashley, Chelsea and Gabe are in Victor’s office and Victor says given Jack’s situation and appointing Gabe as CEO. Gabe and Chelsea leave. Ashley asks why he appoint Vicky. Victor says he made the decision after speaking with Jack last night. She accuses Gabe of blackmailing Victor because Gabe saw Victor shoot Jack. Ashley is angry and leaves. Victor has a flashback to shooting Jack.
Phyllis returns to Jack’s room and finds Victor there. Victor says he came to tell Jack that per his request he appointed Gabe CEO. She accuses him of being afraid that Jack will tell them what happened when he wakes up. Phyllis does not believe him and says if Jack does not make it she will destroy him. Jack wakes up. Phyllis asks who did this to him and Jack points to Victor.
At UG
Noah is putting up decorations when Marisa comes down. Noah says he asked around if anyone heard a woman screaming and no one has. He says he is tired of people lying to him. She admits she is in trouble and that she lied. The guy she was with wants to get rid of her because of what she knows about him. She says she wants to stay in GC but she needs a job.
Noah hires Marisa. Sage and Nick arrive and they think hiring Marisa is a good idea. Nick takes Noah aside and asks him and his sister to stay away from Victor since he seems to have a hand in the shooting. Noah says he can’t turn his back on family and cannot walk away from Victor. Nick says Victor has gotten away with so much but doesn’t think he will this time. Mariah says Marisa is super hot. Noah says Marisa needs help.
Sage tells Nick she saw Ashley and Phyllis at the hospital. Nick says Victor could have done it and he can’t stand by him after all Victor has pulled in the past. Nick says Victor expects blind loyalty and he can’t do it. Sage and Nick leave.
At GCPD
Kevin shows Paul he video from CL. They agree the video is strange. Paul gets a call saying this gun was not used in the shooting.
Mariah arrives and he tells her the case is weird and so is the video from the coffee house. He wants Mariah to admit that the killings and Jack’s shooting are related. Kevin says Courtney found something on the computer and the footage was erased. Kevin reviews the evidence out loud and concludes that all the evidence points to Jack.
At Chelsea’s
Chelsea says she can’t believe Victor made Gabe CEO. She tells him he does not have to take the position. Gabe says Victor is still prime suspect in the shooting. Chelsea says that he gets the same look in his eyes that Adam did when talking about Victor. Gabe says he hates Victor because he shot the father who brought him up and now his father. Chelsea warns him not to let this hatred consume him. He says he will not let Victor destroy her and Connor. They make love.
Gabe opens the door and Marisa says she told him she would be in touch ‘Adam’.
The Lab
Ashley comes to the lab and sees the DNA results which confirm Gabe as Jack’s son.
Day Ahead
- On the phone Paul says no one say Victor shoot Jack. Gabe arrives and says not true
- Ashley tells Ben and Abby they have a suspect and Abby asks who
- Phyllis tells Victor to stay away from her husband as Victor stands over Jack with a pillow in his hands

At Memorial
Gabe tells Jack about a woman who called him and wonders why he would tell her who he is. He says there are things he needs to know like Victor doing this to him. Gabe says he is going to make Victor pay.
Outside Jack’s room Ashley tells Phyllis there are too many coincidences. Phyllis wonders if Gabe and Victor are in this together. Ashley tells Phyllis that Jack agreed to a DNA test and the results should be back any day.
Sage arrives and tells them not to judge Gabe and that he wants Victor to pay for shooting his father. Gabe comes out. Ashley gets a text to go to a meeting at Victor’s office. Gabe says he also got the message. Chelsea calls Gabe and to confirm the meeting and Gabe tells her he will be by her side.
Alone with Gabe, Sage says she didn’t think it was possible but Gabe is now in a worse position than he was before. He assures her no one will know he is Adam and it’s all under control. He leaves.
Phyllis tells Jack she loves him but she does not trust Gabe. She thinks he is lying and he has something to do with the shooting.
Paul arrives and tells Phyllis that the gun used in the shooting was not Victor’s. Paul tells Phyllis that he thinks Victor is involved and will find who did this to Jack.
Victor’s Office
