Chelsea tells Sharon she is back w/ Adam, to stay away from them
Daniel tells Lily he is leaving with Lucy, they say goodbye
Phyllis tells Daniel she is staying to help Jack, redeem herself
Neil and Leslie together, Cane and Lily interrupt want Neil at Jabot
Jabot job fell through so Sharon shows up at Newman for work
Billy and Victoria face off over both wanting to work at Newman
Adam was right, Victor is the one who set Jack up w/ the prostitute

Next - Noah thinks Summer took his money ; Victor has someone giving him info at Newman

Jessica Collins (Avery) went to Scotland over the holidays. Look who was with her...Billy Miller (Billy)! She says they are not a couple, they were just traveling with mutual friends. Hmmmmmm............

Nick confronts Noah about why a detective is questioning him, Noah tells his father the truth. Nick doesn't think Noah is in the clear and asks him to talk to someone if he doesn't want to tell him more. Noah panics when Adrianna sends a text, she's in Genoa City!
Kevin and Chloe debate on what to do with the money especially after a run in with Alex, they then decide to keep it thinking no one will find out about it and if Noah gets in trouble he has rich parents to bail him out
Victor finds out his call girl was a congressman's daughter who was found dead in an alley. Victor figures that Adam disposed of the body and planned the fake heart attack to cover Jack's tracks
Michael is worried about Jamie and fears Fen is going down the same road he and Kevin did, Paul tries to reassure him. Later, Michael finds Fen trying to intimidate Summer and grows more concerned

Next - Adam tells Chelsea that Sharon would take Phyllis job at Newman ; Billy and Victoria continue to face off over Newman and Victor

While dining at the GCAC, Adriana is surprised by a visit from Alex. He asks her about the stolen drug money but she denies ever having seen it. Alex knows when Adriana is being conniving and not being honest. He knows she is lying. He warns her that he will be keeping an eye on her. Noah witnesses the exchange and urges her to leave town but Adriana doesn't want to away from the money. It’s a fresh start for her. She tells Noah that Alex is a dirty cop and she is afraid he will hurt her. Noah doesn't know what to believe since with Adriana it has been on lie after another.

Jack’s Shocking Confession to Phyllis

Jack and Phyllis head up to the Abbott cabin where he will begin to detox privately, with the supervision of his doctor. Jack is hesitant about Phyllis going with him because he knows it’s not going to be pretty, but she insists. She wants to be with him the whole time and Jack appreciates her support.

However, things hit a snag when the doctor is a no show due to an emergency and can’t make it for the first night. Phyllis thinks they can do this together. Towards nightfall, withdrawal symptoms become unbearable.

At one point, he tries to stand up but his legs give out, not because they don’t work but because he’s completely lost. He begins to hallucinate as Phyllis morphs into Stephanie and starts yelling “why did you die? Get away from me.” Phyllis doesn't know why Jack is saying these things. When things calm, Phyllis tells him he mention killing a woman but Jack covers.

As the symptoms gets worse, he asks Phyllis to leave, he doesn't want her to see him in his pitiful state but Phyllis stands by him. PB says Phyllis is a huge help to Jack and this is more than anybody should ask of a friend.

However, next week Phyllis’s loyalties are put to a test.

Nick and Sharon discuss Noah, Nick thinks their son is over Adrianna but Sharon doubts it. Sharon thinks Alex sees what she does, Noah still has feelings for this girl
Noah is shocked to find Adrianna at the tack house, she is shocked to learn the money is gone. Noah tells Adrianna he'll help her find a place to stay but that is it
Neil and Leslie discuss him returning to Jabot and their relationship. Neil challenges Leslie thinking she can't stay away when they'll be working so closely together
Lily convinces Cane to give Tyler another shot at Jabot
Kyle and Billy stand by Jack. Jack and Phyllis head to the cabin but the doctor is unable to make it so Phyllis struggles to help Jack who is finding it hard to detox
Victoria and Billy both make the decision to return to Newman but for different reasons. Victoria claims its to save Newman from Adam, Billy is doing it to save Jabot
Chelsea is ok with Sharon at Newman since she thinks her and Adam will soon leave GC. Sharon will replace Phyllis but Nick worries things are about to get messy at Newman

Am I the only one who just found out that Steve Burton (Jason from General Hospital) is coming to Y&R? I wish he hadn't left GH but it will be great to see him back on tv. I wonder how may days it will take him before he's in bed with Sharon?? I say 8 days.

Steve Burton IS coming to Y&R! He was on The Talk today and made it official. He begins taping tomorrow. He will play Avery's ex military husband Dylan. His first air date is Jan. 29!

Brief recap. IMO, not a lot happened today.

Nick and Avery:

Nick is worried about the club's opening, due to renovations and such. Avery brings Nick and the workers cupcakes and encourages him. Later, they have sex. Nick search "Dylan M" on google while Avery is out placing a gift for him at the club. When she returns, they discuss Dylan. As they make out, Dylan prepares to fly to GC.

Billy and Victoria:

They discuss their Newman takeover strategy. They end up playing poker(?) to strategize. They have sex and continue discussing Newman and their strategy. Billy asks how Victor reacted to his being Co-CEO - Victoria didn't tell Victor, but reassures Billy everything will be fine.

Chelsea and Adam:

More discussion of leaving town. Chelsea is worried that Adam will not let go of GC and move away, but he calms her down. They settle on Paris, and attempt speaking the language. Adam gets a phone call, but ignores it. They have sex and continue planning their new life. Adam calls Sharon asking if she's accepted the R&D position... walking in on the conversation, Chelsea is curious/suspicious.

Jack and Phyllis:

Jack continues experiencing withdrawals. He envisions Stephanie instead of Phyllis, and he expresses his regret for killing her. Phyllis is confused and tells Jack that it's just the two of them. Jack then turns on Phyllis, lashing out at her for breaking his heart and running to Nick. Later, Jack apologizes for snapping and tells her that they are good together. Jack doesn't believe that he can overcome the addiction however Phyllis begs him to continue fighting.
