Billy, Abby, George and Chloe are all on the show they talk about Paul's case and Abby opens her mouth about Victor/ Sharon's weding when they don't have anything to talk about after Billy tells everyone because of the gag order they can't talk about Phyllis and Victor is off limits because of Victoria

So Neil.... why is he so painful to watch in a relationiship?

I think he is a reasonably attractive man. Looks good in a suit and looks good on the basketball court. He is smart, funny and a doting dad. Really, he has it all.

But I hate watching his romance scenes. He doesn't have any chemistry with the women. He always seems like a boring mope when he talks to them. Every time someone kisses him I just think ewwww (or I'm bored to tears).

The entire Winters clan gets more boring with every episode.

Phyllis has an accountant come over to with draw funds from Summer's trust
When the accountant brings up talking to her husband Phyllis brings up that you only need one parent's signature and convinces him to do it
Phyllis meets Tim at the book store and gives him the number to the off shore account
As Tim is leaving Niick walks up to Phyllis

When Avery comes over to get Victor's files and mentions to Sharon the prenup wasn't with the rest off the files and ask where it is Sharon tells her she doesn't know anything about a prenup

Nina and Heather try to convince Paul not to plea guilty
Heather tells Paul about Eden agreeing to be hypnotize Paul tells her he doesn't want to put Eden through that
Nina and Ronan have an awkward run in when she asks him to dinner to celebrate his birthday Nina also tells him Paul is pleaing guilty

Michael gets upset when Kyle blurts out that Eden is going to be hypnotized

after the ride Buck gives Nikki the phone he found on the trails Nikki identifies it as Victor's
Nikki as Victor texts Sharon saying the marriage was a mistake and its over

I can't stand Neil Winters. I mean, look at his track record with women. He's never been faithful to his wives. Not to mention, he got his brothers wife pregnant! I will never understand his appeal. He's a total loser!

Here's my guesses....So Nick will find out that Red paid Tim with Summers' money but he will only be mad for a few minutes and be running right back to her. Crazy boy....

Sharon will believe the text and sleep with Mr. Mullet.

Nikki leaves Jack heartbroken once more so that she can get back with Victor who is disgusted to find out that his new bride slept with the mullet.

Tucker enlists Genevieve's help in a secret search for Victor

A down and out Victor is helped by a nun

Sharon challenges Nick and Victoria's authority as she tries to consolidate her power at Newman Enterprises

Nikki regrets sending Sharon the false text from Victor saying the marriage was over so she heads to the ranch to confess. But not before Sharon reads the pre-nup and realizes that it had a stipulation. She and Victor had to be married at least eight days before she can get the money. So she burns the pre-nup.

Nikki sees the fire and becomes suspicious and guesses what Sharon did. Nikki spills all about the text and things get heated. Nikki wonders if Sharon is responsible for Victor's disappearance as a way of getting her hands on his money.

At the same time, Jack has planned a honeymoon but Nikki tells him she can't go because she needs to find Victor. Jack protest and tells Nikki he may not there when she gets back. Nikki leaves anyway.

Victoria goes to stables and finds Nikki there
Nikki tells her out she sent the text to Sharon, Vicki tells her she "loves it"
They discuss the phone and how Victoria thinks this another one of Victor's games
Nikki tells Victoria that ever since she found out Victor was missing she can't think of anything else
Victoria wonders where Jack fits into all this and convinces Nikki to tell Sharon the truth

Nick confronts Phyllis saying he followed her to the book store
Phyllis tries to make up and excuse Nick tells her he knows their financial Advisor was at the house
Phyllis confesses to Nick about Tim blackmailing her and howshe paid him off
Nick is very angry when he learns Phyllis use Summer's trust fund money and advises her to call Avery while he tries and stops the transfer
Heather asks Avery to drop Phyllis and defend Paul she tells her no
Avery quits when Phyllis tells her about Paying Tim off again and accepts Avery's offer
After telling Phyllis he was unable to stop the transfer and her telling him that it was a good thing Nick walks out

Michael goes to Paul and tells him not to plead guilty
Eden gets really upset while under hypnosis only thing they got was that Eden found the phone/wallet and that Eden was really afraid of Ricky

Sharon and Tucker discuss Vioctor using her to hurt Nikki
Sharon locates Victor's brief case to see if the prenup is in there
Tucker advises her on how open it when she finds out its locked
Sharon gets it open finds the prenup and ask if paragraph means what she thinks it means
Tucker tells her she'll get nothing if the marriage is ended this soon
Tucker leaves when Sharon starts talking about taking a page out of Victor's book, she decides to set fire to the prenup as Nikki walks in the room

Daniel comforts Heather when she doesn't think that got enough info to help Paul's case they almost kiss
Christine runs into Phyllis tells her she's leaving town but she'll be back to see her carted off to prison
It says on the screen "Port of LA" as we see Victor walking on the docks

Victor is such a cry baby....WTH is wrong with that man...oh wait...never mind!

I think they have been having Sharon over the last month acting weird and that might be the start of the Tumor story line...and what was up with the way she was dressed yesterday....

So again we have a who dun it...Who killed Dr. Reid? I think it will be his girl friend...because there is no one left to have been the murderer...unless it was Daisy to help push Phyllis into prison to get her away from her daughter and and Daniel.

So where do you think the knife went? Maybe a homeless man found it or the cops just stink at their jobs....

And until they mentioned Jills name yesterday I forgot that she was even gone....Is she coming back? or was she fired also???

Don't know how much more I can stand of Paul acting the way he is....I get he shot his son but they have him acting like a 5 year old...cant they have him act more like a grown man that had a tragedy???

Monday August 13

Phyllis and Summer lash out at each other in stress.

Michael and Lauren bicker when she wants to tell the truth about the gun to keep Paul from pleading guilty.

Avery convinces Paul not to plead guilty.

Paul is released after Lauren posts his bail.

Daniel and Heather wrestle with their growing closeness knowing she is prosecuting his mother.

Jack plans a surprise honeymoon for Nikki.

Nikki and Sharon do battle over the text and Nikki's suspicion that Sharon burned papers from Victor's briefcase. Nick winds up in the middle of it. He sends Nikki to the police with Victor's phone, and warns Sharon if she's lying about the papers, she's truly playing with fire.

Phyllis gets in Daniel's face about hanging out with Heather. Heather decides they can't be together, but they kiss.

Phyllis and Avery face-off over Avery dumping her. Avery says she lies. Phyllis says she's trying to protect her family.

Jack is the one surprised when Nikki turns down his offer of a honeymoon to go search for Victor. He warns if she goes, he won't be waiting when she returns. She goes anyway.

Nick isn't returning Phyllis's calls.

Tuesday August 14:

Nick tells Victoria he thinks Sharon burned her pre-nuptial agreement.

Nick pressures Victoria.

Kevin tells Phyllis, "I have something for you." She asks what. He says, "A proposition."

Michael tells Lauren that his gut is telling him, that when Tim Reid is forced to testify, he's going to incriminate Phyllis.

Billy seeks out Tim in a bid to get dirt on Phyllis.

Wednesday August 15:

Sharon makes a power play with Tucker's assistance.

A mystery woman manipulates.

Thursday August 16:

Two people decide to try and bring down Sharon.

Phyllis wants Daniel to have nothing more to do with Heather.

Friday August 17:

Phyllis strings Tim along.

Sharon's announcement makes an impact on certain Newmans.
