Thats good. I wish DH and I could travel that light!

One thing I have to add:
-CARRY ON your medications, because getting a replacement RX is not easy all the time.

Love it!

We are also going the "minimalist" route this trip after lugging the entire "suggested" list last time. No way! :)

What is Tide-to-go? :)

We also are staying offsite this time and Wal-Mart is SO close to WDW anyway, we're just going to go there to get sunscreen and baby food and diapers and all that jazz.

Tide to Go is liquid Tide packaged in smaller bottles for travel. I think each bottle would do a few loads, but since mine is packed already, I can't tell you easily! Today at my local Target, they had it in the section with all of the small travel shampoos, etc. I'm taking some on our upcoming trip, just in case I need to do laundry. I figure that if I don't end up washing clothes, I could leave it in the laundry room of the CR for another person. Random acts of kindness! :goodvibes

Just wondering, why you are bringing towels, wash cloths, and 3 pairs of pjs? You'd save lots more luggage space without the towels, (you can always request more from your WDW resort!) and then shower before bed and you can bring less pjs! Just an idea... :Pinkbounc
I'd also bring a mini first aid kit with asprin, anti-diarreah tabs, and bandaids!
Whatever you decide, you'll have a great trip regardless! They have absolutely everything you could forget ready to buy there!
I wish I were going so soon!!! :earsboy:

Me..DS..DD 4 days only.

1 sweatshirt X 3
3 shorts X 3
1 capri/pants X 3

Simple...not too much.

I can understand the beach towels, but why to you take other towels? :confused3 Don't they take up alot of space?

I just cannot use hotel towel.....I use the towels that Disney provides so I can have something to step on when I get out of the shower. Just my personal preference ::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo Also roll your clothes don't fold them!!! Saves a lot of room in the suitecase.

I also bring medicines, bandaides, etc. but its all in that Freedom Bag. I don't bring full-size items. I travel alot so I purchased those travel containers from Target/Walmart and fill them with my favorite brands of products (most don't come in travel size). :goodvibes

have to agree with other poster - if you are doing anything but staying at FW i wouldn't take my own towels and washcloths. depending on the lenght of stay i would only bring one pair of PJ's as well.

We just learned from a recent trip to the coast that you never need what you pack - lol. Here's how we learned. We had decided to spend 3 nights at a resort just the two of us. DD WAS going to stay with my middle sister. When they dropped us off, DD wanted to stay with us instead. We hated to not let her so we kept her. She had only the clothes on her back. With a very quick trip to Target and only few dollars (literally, I bought everything on clearance) she had all she needed. Now this was much less than I had originally packed for her, but this proved to us that she didn't need it. It also encourages us to not pack half of what we *think* we need - lol!!

TWO WEEKS???? And you are only packing 4 outfits...that means you would have to wear each outfit 3 times plus 2???? That is a lot of time wasted doing laundry...why not just pack an extra bag??? Just curious as to why you wouldn't pack the number of outfits for the number of days you are going???

come to think of it, they are kind of gross...bleached and bleached so that they dry out the skin like crazy!
(Oh no...now I'm going to be adding to my already pack-o-holic suitcase! I hope the zipper holds!)
Have a great time! :cheer2:

Because I "really don't need all of that stuff" I actually have 5 outfits 4 shorts and tee-shirt plus jeans and sweatshirt. I don't want to lug all of that stuff around. Not wasted time doing laundry to me. Take only 1 1/2 hour early in the morning at Disney and I can send it to laundry service at the Luxor. I really don't need everything and the kitchen sink. If I packed I outfit for each day that would be 13 outfits....way too much!

It's hard to be cute with 7 bags in tow...just the basics. We don't even wear jewelry because it gives us a new reason to buy new Disney watches and earrings.

What are the quarters for? :confused3
It's probaby for her laundry or maybe she will use it for penny press. You use 2 quarters and a penny.

The only time I ever done laundry while on vacation is when we went to Hawaii. We were there for a whole week. We rented a villa. It had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Wow.. it was sooo nice to just be able to just wash the clothes and not pack a lot of clothes.

Only if I can afford Disney's Villas, then I am sure I will be washing some clothes too and not bring a lot of clothes.

I'm trying to make sure that each one of us has a clean outfit for each day - 10 days. The girls now have enough. (Do you have Academy near you? Their shorts are in the $3.99-5.99 range.) I know that DS and I don't have enough shorts. I'm looking for sales!

:rotfl:

You can do you laundry earlier in the morning before it is super crowded....I do have a clean outfit for each day. I just wash while I at the world. I don't want to pack 14 outfits for me and 14 outfits for my daughter. That is way to much stuff to lug around.

I wouldn't pay 50 cents for a pressed penny that I can't use :rotfl: :rotfl: not a useful souvenier....I need a pressed penny like I need one more pen or pencil. :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:
