The YEAR of VERMILLION DREAMS...Nov 4 - 12th.

Hello to all who read this second attempt at a pre-trip report. I will be posting pics through out as I am able . This will be mine and DH first trip to the WDW using our DVC with our kids and their families, and we are trying to make this trip very magical for them. The rest of the Vermillion family will be staying at HGVSW and meeting up with us throughout the week... so planning will be tricky and there will be a lot of flip flopping, drama , laughs , tears frustration and all the things that go with planning a "magical" trip to the WDW.

Now on with introductions...

1) Me ( Jenn Vermillion) 40 something Disney princess and wife of Mr. Vermillion aka my prince, mother of Tanner ( who is in Iraq , will be with us in spirit) , step mother to Natalie and Erica, step grandmother to Bradley and Joseph, pet parent to Axel,Heidi, Addy , Triss, Rudy, Diva, Palo,Peril and Ave. I own and manage a grooming/ boarding kennel so my work is 24 hrs but I would not trade it for a thing ... the rewards that come from my boarders , their pet parents and my own furry kids is priceless .

2) DH ( Mr. Vermillion )My 40 something Disney prince and lover of all things Disney, wonderful father to Natalie and Erica step father to Tanner and pet father to the above named furry kids. He works in outside sales and looks forward to every moment we get to be in the world.

DH and I are very relaxed ..wake up whenever.. eat.. drink walk around.. ride the rides as we please kind of touring.We enjoy taking pictures , people watching and just plain slowing down ( I will add in some of our May 6th - 14th trip)

3) DD25 Natalie and DBF Casey . Natlie is our oldest and just graduated Towson Business School We are so proud of her. She and her DBF Casey who is a Marine (reserve now) and HC police officer will be joining us . Natalie has not been to the World since 2008 and Casey since he was in his early teens. They are ready to go COMANDO style

4) DD24 Erica and DH Joe along with DGSs Bradley 3 and Joseph 2. Erica has not been to the WDW since 2003 and Joe and DGSs are 1st timers . Joe and Erica are really looking forwards to MK , SAB, characters and a night of F&W and will probably go with the flow. This will also be their first real vacation since the boys, sooo they are really excited.

Ok , had to do some work

Five months ... seems so far away yet so close and so many things to do.

We will be staying at Beach Club Villas in a two bedroom . When we travel with the rest of the family (stay at HGVSW) my DFil gets everyone a one or two bedroom depending on family size. In 2008 we stayed in a two bedroom lock off there with Natalie and her friend in the studio part of the room and it worked out. This time we at our resort we were not sure who would be coming ( Still are not sure about Natalie and Casey we paid for trip insurance on our flights) and did not want to book a 2 bedroom and a studio knowing that someone may cancel at the last minute of the last hour ... as things go in this family . DH would have a fit if they canceled and we lost the points
So here is how I have it figured out..

1) Studio side = Erica , Joe and the two boys on the twin sleeper
2) One bedroom bedroom = Me and Mr Vermillion
3) Queen Sleeper in the living room = Natalie and Casey ( they can share the bathroom with the Studio.)
I know it is going to be cramped but I figure we will really only be in the room to sleep and maybe make breakfast for the wee ones. We have done the cramped thing at the place in OC and been fine.. some Pixie Dust on this one PPPLLLEEEAASSSE

Now for the fun fist day of arrival ... just me and my Prince for one day of F&W alone time. We will be leaving Nov 4 from wonderful BWI at 7 am and getting in the coach and headed to the ball about 9:30 arriving to here "Welcome Home" at about 10:15. The check in processes should have us in WS by rope drop, I have found that the food portions are better in the am than they are in the evenings and of course the lines are not horendous. The day shall be perfect and by 9 and Illuminations we will be very ready to go to sleep.

Does anyone know if they have come out with the F&W line up and any new countries that may have been added?

Day 2 Nov 5th at around 11 am the rest of our family will arrive I told DH I want to hide and watch there expressions as they walk in and experience their first stay on property and at the BCV. Then off to the SAB we go for the day and dinner by the pool.

Day 3 Nov 6th this is where the drama will start , because along with our family coming in on the 5th so is the rest of the family and they will go to HGVSW.I love my DMil but she will not do anything if it is not her or DSiLs idea and will be upset if we do not meet up and do what they are doing that day.
Now I am going to make an ADR for our group of 6 adults and 2 children at the Cape May Character Breakfast for the kids and the others will probably be driving a park( so our breakfast should not effect meeting up with them at all). I am going to ask them on fathers day if they would like to be on the ADR ( They still can not understand sometimes that a group of 25 you need ressies , actual they do but it was not her or DSils idea ) My other DSiL
and DH bother have stayed on property with us and DNs and DNF .. loved it and will want to do the breakfast. DH and I figure if we make it for 8am we can meet up with them at the parks and go from there. This I am not budging on I think it is a great way to get the boys excited for their first day of parks and some really great pictures before they worn out from the week.
